I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I received the wine delivery this afternoon

As I receive this complaint, the customer should have or will today receive the wine including an extra bottle plus a refund check.

Review: We were a part of their wine club, I was charged on October 18, 2015 fin the amount of $52.76 for wine I never received. I have emailed several time and had responses from the company admitting fault and still have not see the wine or a refund.
