I love this company! Knowing that I purchase from girls, starting a company of their own, I love itI have ordered times from them, and all have been received!!! If an item went on backorder they emailed me and told me I can either get a refund, choose a new item or continue to wait! I chose to wait and the dress came the next weekI hope Spoiled Rotten sees this because I will always be a returning customer!

This website is a complete scam. I've been waiting for weeks for a simple dress. They haven't answered my emails and I'm getting more worried and upset everyday. This is a horrible experience.

Never buy from spoiled rotton ever!! When you buy something from them it either never arrives or its made out of horrible material. I ordered a bathing suit over a month ago and it still hasnt arrived. I also emailed them over 5 times and they never responded. DONT SHOP THERE ITS A SCAM!!!

Do NOT ORDER from this business, they are AWFUL!!!! My daughter ordered a dress in December, it arrived in late March, was the wrong size, and they won't answer any of my emails. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!

Terrible business, do not buy! I ordered a dress of the site and the dress that I got is not the same dress as in the picture on the site. Processing time took almost a month and there was hardly any customer contact within this time. I wrote a review on the site about this dress stating the issues and it was deleted. So I wrote a second review again on the site about this dress, the lack of customer service, and how my first review was deleted, and my second review and another review written by someone else was also deleted. Very poor business!

Ordered a necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday a month in advance. 3 months later I still never received it nor have I been given any information about it's whereabouts. They refuse to give me any type of refund for it regardless of what I say. This company sucks

I ordered a dress on Jan 26, 2016 and its March 4, 2016 and I haven't received info abut shipping or anything. I emailed them 5 times and my mom emailed them once and we haven't heard anything. The processing and shipping together was expected to be around 20 days but it's been 38 days. I don't know what I'm supposed to do to get my dress. I ordered it for a wedding in June and figured that would be PLENTY of time to get it try it on and return it if I needed to but I still don't know when it will be here.

I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. The clothes are mis-sized and the fabric is awful! I've been waiting for over two months for someone to get back to me after many emails sent. OVERPRICED and no response!!

Although they have super cute clothes for a reasonable price, the shipping time and communication is awful. I ordered a dress almost 2 months ago and still have not received it. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and was either not answered or told that my dress would be shipping soon only for it not to arrive.

Do not order from this site. I ordered a jumper on December 2nd for my daughter. On January 3rd, they finally emailed me back and said it was in transit. I replied and asked for the tracking number, no reply. Emailed again today. I guess I am out $35. Awful company.
