A++ I would highly recommend VanDrunen to anyone! Keith VanDrunen cam out to my house, sat and talked to me for over an hour, explained everything. Even looked at other quotes I had received and said "If you go with this other company, make sure they do this or don't do that"! He never put the other companies down, but the other companies sure smashed each other. VanDrunen was a bit more pricey, but I went with them because of the customer service, I believe they really cared and they did!
I am a single mom and knew nothing about heating and cooling. They installed a whole new heating and cooling system, the installers were very kind and knowledgeable. I had them come out again because I had a problem. It was not something that was connected to their products but they tried to help. Unfortunately in trying to help they broke a pipe, which caused water to get under my kitchen floor. Keith VanDrunen came out looked at the floor, gave me the name of a very reputable flooring company. I picked a new floor, VanDrunen paid for it. I never saw a bill!
