I recently had the roof on my home replaced since it had previously been neglected for many years by the prior owner The Van Dusen crew showed up promptly on the scheduled day and began work There was a mix up about the work to be done and the estimate for this Zack, the job foreman, called owner, Eric and he was here within minutes to correct the situation It became evident, as the existing shingles were taken off, that the roof was in much worse shape than originally thought and nearly all the plywood had to be replaced due to rot From Eric down, these men were the most professional crew I have ever had on a project for any house I've owned The price misunderstanding was taken care of on the spot to mutual satisfaction and the workmen were couteous, and efficient All new wood, new roof shingles, winter guard, insulation and new venting, gutters and all IN ONE DAY OF WORK! What a wonderful job and so neat; you would never know that a work crew of 12-people were here With all the materials and crew all over the place, there wasn't a bit of debris left anywhere on the grounds I couldn't believe my eyes The roof looks absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased and happy with the job These guys really know how to work Thank you so very much; you really made my day
