I don't dispute your policy However, I expected a good faith estimate Your estimate of $3,is to times what it should be I have estimates of $1,or less and they include painting which your estimate does not I believe you should refund $because the estimate is unreal I can't believe you wanted the job.

Wright's Plastering has reviewed this complaint. It is our policy to charge any customer who lives outside the [redacted] or [redacted] area a service charge. This service charge is deducted from the total price of the job once the job is complete. This was explained to the customer...
and the customer agreed to pay this service charge. We do not feel that a refund is due because the customer did not chose for us to do the work.
