Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Please be advised a credit did appear on my American Express bill on Friday September 30th for items returned on August 24th, It was not for the full amountI expected to be charged return postage for items returned to the above referenced firm but $seems excessiveAs explained in my original complaint I did try to handle this myself calling customer service and receiving promises that my return would be handledOn my last call to this firm I waited to talk with a supervisor that was unable to take my callI asked to be called back and to date I have not received a call or an email of explanationI will not ever do business with these people again and would advise others to be very cautious in doing so Sincerely, [redacted]

With this item having a one year warranty and has since been discontinued, we will be asking this customer to take the faucet to her local *** Store for replacement partsThis should be considered routine maintenanceSince we no
longer carry the faucet, we would be happy to reimburse the customer by check, for the expense of replacement cartridgesAll she would need to do is scan and email us her receipt for replacement cartridgesTwo phone messages have been left for the customer to contact Van Dyke's Restorers, and we are contacing the customer by email this morning
