We are unable to refund credit card due to customer filing a chargeback throught the credit card company. Refund processed through the chargeback.

Please be advised  a credit did appear on my American Express bill on Friday September 30th 2016 for items returned on August 24th, 2016. It was not for the full amount. I expected to be charged return postage for items returned to...

the above referenced firm but $45.39 seems excessive. As explained in my original complaint I did try to handle this myself calling customer service and receiving promises that my return would be handled. On my last call to this firm I waited to talk with a supervisor that was unable to take my call. I asked to be called back and to date I have not received a call or an email of explanation. I will not ever do business with these people again and would advise others to be very cautious in doing so.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I didn't call but emailed Customer Service with my complaint and here is my correspondence and their response if they'd like to review it for training purposes: 6/22Good evening,I placed order #[redacted] on 6/6/17 via your website and paid $35.00 for 2 day shipping. Considering that I finally received the shipment today, 6/22/17, which is 16 days after I ordered it, I would like to be credited for shipping. I certainly did not receive expedited shipping or if I did, I'm very disappointed in your order turn time. I expected to receive the items by 6/10 at the latest, not 12 days later. I needed the items for a photo shoot and your website did not indicate it would take 12 days. I also never received an email order confirmation or any communication from your company when my order shipped, so I assumed the order had not gone through. Our apologies, after further research, it appears our customer did not receive an additional shipment for this same item. We refunded the additional $120.07 today.
