I am rejecting this response because:
MrK** of Sweet Home Improvements Inchas not returned the deposit, as promised by him, in the agreed amount of $8,012.00. Also, the "three months", as stated by MrK** (which we know nothing about), has past. The contract was signed on April 9th, and as of August 19th, "days later" MrK** still has not returned the outstanding deposit amount.As MrK** has repeatedly stated, he will return the deposit, however, as of today he has not made any effort to do so. Since everyone is in agreement that Sweet Home Improvement will return the remaining balance of the deposit and more than the three (3) months has past, then, MrK** should issue the certified check for the return of the deposit as soon as possible.As we stated in our last reply, if MrKoo would send us a certified check for the amount of $8,(the $10,deposit minus the $1,for the sub-contracting work), we would consider this matter close.Again, thank you for your assistance with this contract issue

Response taken over the phone: Before I even got this complaint I personally went back to both properties, cleaned up, filled all holes with topsoil and planted grass seed I did not charge either of them for this and it is normally not included I feel I have gone above and
beyond for the customer and her neighbor
