I am rejecting this response because:
In response:

Please find the attached copy of the
signed contract, the 3D designs and original cabinet sizes measured by Mr. [redacted].
(Attached: File name Copy of contract.pdf).

Business accusation:
ARTICLE 1.      CHANGE
ORDERS
A Change Order is any change to the original plans and/or specifications.
All change orders need to be agreed upon in writing, including cost,
additional time considerations, approximate dates when the work will begin and
be completed, a legal description of the location where the work will be done
and signed by both parties.

>> In response from Consumer:
There is no Change order agreed or
signed by both parties, except the original contract attached.

Business accusation:
granite - he want pay directly but I
didn't say price.
I told  you many times
finish work and granite work left.

>> In response from Consumer:
1. Please find the following text that
describes the conversation between consumer and business owner/ Mr. [redacted]
(Primary contractor):

2. The counter top was completed after
the business abandons the project. Please find the attached receipt for counter
top payment. I came to know about the total price when I had to pay The Stone
Studio. The business owner name is Onor and his phone number ###-###-#### for
further verification of the incident.

3. Could not understand the statement:
“I told  you many times
finish work and granite work left.”

Business accusation:
He didn't want pay extra money and
keeked us out.
he broken our contract first.
while working our work use our person without our agreement.
if he did outside contractor and finish that work, no problem

>> In response from Consumer:
Why the business would change me extra
money when everything is being done as per the contract.
I did not kick anyone out from the
project. On the contrary the business walked out from the project on July 3rd
and after that neither Mr. [redacted] nor none of his contractors showed up for the
project.
Let me remind Mr. [redacted] the last day of
work July 3rd. His contractor Fabian (voice: ###-###-####) came to
work that morning was working on the project. July 3rd 12:01 pm Mr.
[redacted] came to inspect the project. He started ripping and destroying the newly
installed cabinet. Mr. [redacted] has shown anger attitude to his cabinet install guy
Todd M[redacted]. He also ordered his contractor to break the moldings. Let me add
here, I did not provide any extra molding to the cabinet installer. Mr. Todd
worked on the item that was provided to him by Mr. [redacted]. I saw the situation was
going out of hand. So I started recording the incident using my mobile phone.
Then Mr. [redacted] has shown hostile attitude towards my action and me. I told him if
tries to destroy anything in my property I will take any action necessary
required. Then he left for a brief period of time and talked to his contractor
outside. They both came back to my house and Mr, [redacted] took couple of pictures
and his contractor was collecting his tool. Then they left the work place. Then
his contractor Fabian called me about an hour or so and told me they are not
coming back. Next thing I hear from Mr. [redacted] that I have to pay 4300 extra to
finish the job or otherwise he will sue me.
(Attached: the text image). In summary the contractor abandon the job
site. He wanted to give difficult time to the consumer and wanted to charge
extra money to complete the work with in original work scope. As a proof I have the situation recorded on my
phone.

>> In response from Consumer:
“While working our work use our person
without our agreement.
if he did outside contractor and finish that work, no problem” not sure exactly
what he meant.

Business accusation:
“he let my guy work
4 recessed light on the ceiling. he paid $200 directly he already told us.”
>> In response from Consumer:

Looks like agreed between both sides.

Business accusation:
took
down ceiling dry wall- it is extra
>> In response from Consumer:
The
dry walls were exposed due to re-routing the wiring, cabling and plumbing. This
can be verified by following options:
1.
Talk to drywall contractor Fabio, Electrician: Kelton or Mario and his work
site supervisor: Herbert. I have provided their number before I can do it
again.

Business accusation:
put
new dry wall - it is extra
when open the ceiling, electric line is very bad- it is extra.
>> In response from Consumer:
Neither
Mr. [redacted] nor no one from his team mentioned when the wiring was exposed. Also
this work was done as per contract
Item
1: Relocate kitchen entrance.
Item
2: Furnish and install wiring and fixture.
Item
4: Furnish and install wall cabinet and base cabinet
Furnish and install 1 pantry and
1 wall cabinet with glass.
Also,
I want Mr. [redacted] electrician to who did the project to define “electric line is
very bad”. Mr. [redacted] was not there during that job. He did not come to inspect
the work. So I can’t take his made up comment.

Business accusation:
when
he wanted move plumbing line and it need plumbing permit also
he didn't say anything  already did- it is extra
>> In response from Consumer:
Same
as above. Could not follow the Permit issue.
Business
accusation:
he
steal our company time.
>> In response from Consumer:
Based
on what?

Business accusation:
he
didn't want pay any kind of extra work and reject our work.
you have to figure it out.
>> In response from Consumer:
Why should I pay extra when everything
was pre settled ahead of work? Also I did not understand who is figuring out
what.

Business accusation:
obe of customer want high quality
cabinet this project is $70,000 project
cabinet price is around $30,000
this project is only $15,000
we gave himm very cheap price.
>> In response from Consumer:
To me Mr. [redacted] is confessing now that I
gave me low quality cabinetry.  As per
his statement he showed me $30,000 cabinetry in his show room. But because this
is low cost project (according to him), he gave me some low cost cabinets.
Couple of things I would like to add here, beside the quality of the cabinet, the
original measurement and design cabinet did not matches as per the contract.
There are several issues with cabinets and drawer, which I am still struggling
with.

Consumer statement:
Mr. [redacted] left the project at (line items
were listed in the contract)

I have provided the calculation and
cost the to complete the job in my previous response. Also let me reiterate
destroyed wood, walls and doors in adjacent rooms to the kitchen. Contractor
left the house without removing any trash or work site remaining. I have used
my trash removal company to clean the worksite junks. My initial complains were
the quality of the cabinet, duration of project and quality of the project. But
towards the end the business has completely failed to complete the project.

I also would like to add SWEET Home Improvements
Inc prepared the contract. It is my understanding that contract failed to
include certain mandatory terms, when the work was to begin and the estimate
completion date; listing of specified material and work to be performed; a plan
language exculpatory clause; a statement that the contractor would comply with
all local requirements for building permits, inspections and zoning, disclosure
of cancellation rights and information regarding the contractor’s license.

Response taken over the phone:  Before I even got this complaint I personally went back to both properties, cleaned up,  filled all holes with topsoil and planted grass seed.  I did not charge either of them for this and it is normally not included.  I feel I have gone above and...

beyond for the customer and her neighbor.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Response taken over the phone:  Even though the business did come and fill some of the holes there are still small holes and ruts from the truck.   You cannot see them because the grass has grown but they are very definitely a tripping hazard.  I would like him to come while I am here so I can show him what I am talking about and have this properly address.
