Customer was not home at the time of the cleaning, he verbally authorized access and only agree only to book servvice for an hour which waw dollars for two maidsOur maids are trained to provide basic and deep cleaning sessions, with the prepaid cleaning session time, the team was only able to perform a basic cleaning session based on the condition of the homeNevertheless, Customer, was offer to come back the next hours to touch up whatever areas he considered were not done, which most likely were not part of the basic cleaning session, but he rerused to do so, instead , he wanted us to come back a week later for a full deep cleaning session for free , something he had not originallysigned upHe clearly was expected a lot more for the money he agreed to pay for

Customer was offered a free cleaning the next few days to correct apparent issues as our policy states, even though as a no presence customer, he automatically had waived the right to claim any issues, however, as a courtesy, we offered a re clean , however, he didn't reply to our offer and instead
a few weeks later requested a refundWe offer him at that point a partial refund which he agreed to pick up a our office in Bound Brook and never didPlease let me know if you have any further questions

I am rejecting this response because:I hired them to do the job and NOTHING was doneThey came into my home took my money and left (I have pictures)I did not want to do business with them after thatAfter the offered to come back I did ask that I be there to supervise the cleaning, which would have been exactly one week later (because I had to take time off from work), they refusedI then asked for a refund and was offered a partial refund--I wanted a FULL refund because they essentially STOLE my money by offering a service they did not provide and taking the money for the service

First of all , this individual who filed a complaint was not recognized in our system as a customerWe determined that he was associated to customer named *** *** We tried to explained to the original customer several times through our phone conversation the resolution but we were unable
to get through with *** as she constantly use abusive language so we in the end communicated over email that we were issuing a partial refund as she refused to have the service back to correct any possible issuesA refund, as explained to her on the phone, takes up to days from time of service to be received*** was originally satisfied with the service as her email stated the evening after the service, however, *** *** appeared in the communication processed and money paid became an issueAny further questions or concerns please feel free to communicate directly to meRegards

I am rejecting this response because:#the above named business did not fulfill their contractual obligation to clean the home.#the proprietor of the above named business did not at anytime extend an offer to send someone back to finish the job.#the business insisted that we pay cash and left us no receipt for their services rendered.#the owner/ proprietor Regina was very aggressive on the phone and has no problem hanging up on her clients.#the above name business took advantage of us and ran off with our money, I feel like I was just robbed!#in this day and age I find it hard to believe a business like this one is allowed to operate

Nevertheless, Customer, was offer to come back the next 24 hours to touch up whatever areas he considered were not done, which most likely were not part of the basic cleaning session, but he rerused to do so, instead , he wanted us to come back a week later for a full deep cleaning session for free , something he had not originallysigned up. He clearly was expected a lot more for the money he agreed to pay for .
