I reviewed the complaint with my driver supervisor and Mechanic supervisor I was informed that the phone in question was dropped per the passenger into an Air conditioner duct that is along the window It is not a crevice that” is not supposed to be there as described in the complaint The phone in question then slid to the bottom of the bus panel This cannot be easily retrievedThis requires the mechanics to remove this panel along with or more seats to attempt to retrieve it This will put the bus out of commission for a least one day We have been extremely busy and have not been able to take the bus out of commission for that length of time.The mechanic supervisor was out of town on a family emergency and because of the nature of the work he felt it was best if he would be here when the work happened There is a potential of damage to our vehicle when we attempt to retrieve this phone.My mechanics have tried on several occasions to contact the client but have not been successful We are planning to put our bus out of service next week since it will slow down and we will have the time and manpower to undertake this job.We are working to resolve this issue to the best of our ability and hope to have it back to the client by the end of next week

I am very upset by the lies this company is sayingI have call logs proving that not only were they late picking us up from the casino but also late picking us upI spoke with Latifah first who had to call the driver to see why she was so late picking us upI spoke with Elizabeth when she was late picking us up at the casinoI am also going to attach the pictures of the mold on the busWhat is the next steps that need to be taken since they do not want to refund me? The Number in questioning is ###-###-####Bus proof is the number of times I had to call because of the driver being late there and back

This customer brought her shuttle to a mechanic that was a 10-contractor at our business in December 2016. He gave her an estimate for repairing the vehicle. She did not come back until March to pay for the repair. Upon inspection the vehicle required much more repair work
because of the amount of damage and rust on the steps she wanted repaired. The independent contractor mechanic she was working with gave her check to our accounting department and he deposited it as usual. The Mechanic subsequently quit. We were not aware of the deal until the customer came to our office demanding the refund. We gave her a check for the refund. This is almost months after she brought in the vehicle. She did not call and did not leave her number so we could not contact her. We actually gave her a check for the refund. She asked for her key. since we were not even aware of the issue we did not have her key marked as we normally would do. We asked her to check the keys we had to see if she could find it and she said she did not know what it looks like. We told her to check the vehicle and see if it was in it. She came back and said it was not in it. She than began threatening to sue because the battery was not in the vehicle. We told her that we were not responsible and we had no idea if there was even a battery in it to begin with. Since she was yelling that she was going to sue the manager told our accounting department to stop payment on the check.We will be happy to give her the full refund for what she paid as soon as she removes the vehicle from our neighbor's lot

I spoke to the driver who was on this trip She states that she was not late and actually had to wait minutes after her arrival before everyone arrived at the designated pick up area the person in charge received a phone call from one of the passengers indicating that she would
arrive minutes lateWe left late due to the late arrival of the passengers The vehicle was checked and pre-tripped prior to leaving and was in proper mechanical working order including the AC and radio Along the way the passengers stopped at a rest stop Upon their return to the bus there was a very strong odor of marijuana Additionally the driver states that she saw passengers smoking what appeared to be marijuana at a table at the rest stop area Upon arrival to the casino several passengers began to yell and curse at the person working at the casino who was trying to give directions to the passengers on the bus The bus was thoroughly cleaned and there was not mold on the bus Also the driver states that when she was picking up there were a lot of the passengers who were on the wrong side of the street so I picked them up and before I could get over to the rest of the group area There several individuals in the group who appeared to be very intoxicated and were acting in a disrespectful belligerent manner A refund is not warranted for this trip

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meWe only received two calls from the copmany, just a few days ago and we returned them both (even though we are vacation), and spoke to the mechanic on his cell phoneWe had previously tried contacting the company for weeks with no response or resolution, hence the need for this complaintThe mechanic informed me that he was going to retrieve the phone yesterday and would call me when he had it in handWe have yet to hear from him, but are anticipating a call
