I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint

2-15-@ 3:pm: I just returned from the *** store. Not only did these guys use a non-*** display, but they stole parts out of the phone making it impossible for *** to repair. The only option I have is to get a new phone from ***. I have a documented list of missing items (screws, clips, cables, cowlings, etc) that are critical for the repair. I called over to Cell Phone Hospital to speak with the owner who wasn't there. I again asked for a refund and also asked for them to pay for my new phone. The guy on the phone, I believe he said his name is Erik, said that they wouldn't offer any refunds and that I'm not welcome in their store. These guys know how *** they are. They only know how to screw people out of money vs just doing the right thing to begin with. After a little research, I found that the company is owned by a *** *** *** who also operates several other companies. The website is listed as registered to a *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** ** *** *** *** ** various numbers for the different companies that I found, but nobody could be located. All I want is a refund of the money spent and for them to pay for my new phone as it's very clearly in worse shape now than before I took it in for repair I've spoken with the *** *** *** *** and will be filing a complaint as well as filing a civil complaint with the *** *** to at least recoup my expenses. I'm sure others have been in the same situation
