This company has very poor communication skills, they are always latethey do not answer calls

Today 12/19 Bus # VN24647 had buses & veh. blocked for over 30min in the driveway at Truman HS in the Bronx. Other bus drivers & the crossing guard were attempting to get him to get out of the way. This bus driver clearly does not know how to handle his bus. He was incapable of passing by veh. parked on both sides of the driveway. while other buses had no issues. This driver clearly should not be driving children. When I called the company to complain the woman who answered the phone clearly couldn't be bothered & all she said was she would call the driver. This company needs to be reviewed by someone & not allowed to transport children in any district.

Horrible service

Review: My son goes to an approved Dept. Of Education Private School. My son has [redacted] and [redacted]. We never had any problems with busing transportation until yesterday. My son complained that the vehicle used to transport him is very small and he feels overwhelmed and anxious when in it. As a result he starts complaining. My son stated the child next to him hits him. I called the Dept. of Pupil transportation to let them know my son is not feeling safe or comfortable in the very small van they are using to transport 3 students the matron and bus driver. I was told to deal with the school about that. On November **, 2013 my son got on the bus to school One hour later I get a call from EMT services telling me they have my son and what do they want me to do about it, because the school bus called them and complained my son was "aggressive" and left my son with them and left. The school bus NEVER called me to let me know they calling 911, The school bus agency NEVER call me to let me know what is happening. They just abandoned my son with the ambulance and left him there.This is a ridiculous way to handle a child with [redacted]. This is a waste of the city resources and I feel the bus driver and matron were negligent in not informing me what they did to my son by leaving him stranded at [redacted]. The EMT services had to call me to let me know what happened to my son. The bus company never called after that to explained what happened. My son is not able to sleep now and is scared that he will be left abandoned again by the school bus. I called the Department of Pupil Transportation ###-###-#### and they told me it will take 5-9 days to find another bus for my son. I can't go to work now and my son is been denied his right to an education because the staff is not equipped to handle children with [redacted]. Calling 911 because a child has a tantrum is no way to deal with the situation.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation about what happened exactly and why they left my son with the EMT and did not notify me they left him there. I would also like re-imbursement for November **, 2013 lost wages because they have failed to notify me they abandoned my son in the upper west side. They have adequate buses to use but now I have to wait 5-9 days that my son will lose of school in order for them to provide what is legally right for my son.
