We purchased furniture - years ago, we were guaranteed if we bought the warranty "no matter what, the furniture would be covered within a five year period" We paid approximately $for the set We have been declined the claim twice even after an assessment by Safeware's technician We have decided to pursue action and have requested the contact information for the legal department of Safeware We will also require the technician's name and contact information for deposition as he verbally confirmed the pet damages
I would like to remedy this situation by merely having the furniture repaired but it appears we are going to have to further action in this matter The Revdex.com and Attorney General will be notified by end of day today due to Consumer Fraud
