[redacted] - Thank You for sharing the complaint with usYes,we acknowledge having worked with the customer [redacted] who bought the list from usThey came back to us after a couple of months claiming the emails we sold them bounced back after they ran a campaign using itSince we follow a stringent validating process of every email that is being sold , we asked them to provide us with the bounce report of the emails they claimed bounced back for us to validate and provide resolution as per our signed contract however they were not able to provide us with the proof for the bounces they claimed but only insisted for a refund which was not as per our agreed termsPlease let me know if you need factual details of our communications with respect to this complaint and we are happy to still resolve this if the complainant can still provide us with the bounce reportRegards [redacted]
We received a Purchase Order from [redacted] for the stated dataAs per the PO & the Invoice terms (see attached PDFs) we have agreed to an accuracy guarantee and we have a replacement policyNowhere in our agreement we have agreed that data will satisfy a third party organization or tool (MailChimp in this case)We have no agreement implied or otherwise with any third party in this contextCustomer has paid this third party to conduct an email blastHowever, by the customer's own screen shots provided on June 24th 2016, the third party refuses to provide the service of sending emailSilver Sky Soft has fulfilled its obligation of providing the requested dataIn general, our QC allows us to guarantee atleast 80% of our data would be accurateWe stand by our guarantee to provide replacements of bad dataWe just need to know which ones to replaceThe core of the issue is, customer is unable to provide proof of bad data which were inaccurate through no fault of Silver Sky SoftInstead, in the response, customer has provided a generic screenshot which has no reference to which ones were in errorAs a business, we need to confirm if its the same product that we gave themWe are simply asking for that proofWe even reached out by offering a free email blast to resolve the issue but customer has not accepted it Given, facts so far, we remain committed to resolving the issueCustomer needs to meet us part way by providing the proof of which data is bad Silver Sky Soft Services, Inc
