? This is an oversight on our part? A check will be issued immediately and mailed? I am terribly sorry for any problems this has caused?

There was no slamming cases as I was chatting with the dog upon entering When there is stress from the beginning as in this situation most of the time nothing positive happens Our test results at the home and in the independent lab we hired show the system working as describedin our original sales presentation, and all advertizing materials supplied to customer Does customer recognize the fact he has no problems for years with old refrigerator ice maker and problems came when he bought new oneMy experience with this problem is it will subside with use The plumber he describes has no water treatment knowledge of the technology in our system to make any statements about its function, use or water quality supplied by our system Plumbers have no water treatment knowledge other than the generic salt based systems they try to sell All this plumber did was contaminate the customer with information We deal with this on a daily basis They simply do not understand or have knowledge on new and changing water technologies available in the water treatment industry I am sorry this situation has escalated to this point But the substance in the glass of melted ice is not the fault of the water system This will go away the more the ice maker is used In closing our water system has nothing inside that will cause the water source TDS to be lower than the water through the system There is nothing inside that will raise water TDS We have spec sheets and certifications sheets to prove this We did not test the outside water while we were there but have results of inside water analysis Might I suggest the customer and company make more try to work on the customer concerns to resolve the problem, and assure the customer the water us safe and can be used for household water needs

The cost of Installation is not considered in my offerThat plumbing will remain in your home and save you the cost of it again when installing any system moving forward 2. Any brochure I gave you had the pricing on the backThat pricing has been there on all our brochures for years..... 3. The damage is already done with you filing a Revdex.com complaint for something that could have been avoided....4. And no judge in this world is going to award the price of replacing the system at $4200....when you paid $and we are offering a full 100% refund.5. I will accept your offer of my credit card getting jacked for $when I owe $400..... This nightmare needs to go away6. The Revdex.com has already closed this as I sent a check and I proved my account was debited $(when I owed $400) and I sent a copy of the checkJust tear it up and lets move onCall the Revdex.com and close your end of this...... I have 30,customers and this has never happened in yearsNever

Please confirm that the refund is for the full $difference in promotional prices, between these models. We still have not received acknowledgement or confirmation of this amount. Thanks

Your response has several misconceptions 1st, your perceived notion of my attitude stems from your initial refusal to visit our home Not what I expect from a so called reputable business owner You immediately presumed I was accusing you of faulty product and became defensive When you arrived at our home, you sir, had the attitude You immediately stormed in toward the kitchen sink, smacked down a briefcase, proceeded to do a so called test and would not listen to anything I tried to tell youYou stated our water and your product is perfect, well maybe but how do we know? You wave water at us and say it's fine? No explanation of what you are doing? My wife and I had no attitude toward you, in fact asking how you recovered from your car accident All we wanted to do is find out if the water system had an issue We tried to explain what our neighborhood plumber found when he tested the waterWe asked him to check due to the residue in the melted ice You presumed he was trying to sell a water system other than yoursHe was at our house to fix a sink! Not a system What he found gave us concern Simple as that! You weren't interested in hearing any information we had! As far as our ice maker, we installed a new one day before you visited You wouldn't hear that either Furthermore, no voices would have been raised if you would have stopped talking long enough to hear our questions and concerns Your defensiveness was unnecessary Also unnecessary was your profanity in front of my wife If you took our water to a independent lab, prove to us our water is fine That's what we asked for all along!

A check was issued for $to the customer over days ago with explaination letter enclosed that the advertised difference on our brochure is $and they were given an extra $ totalling $

Customer has very bad attitude on the original telephone conversation When I got to house for review of the system it was even worse He is getting inaccurate information on the condition of his water from another source I suspect is trying to sell him another brand of water
system.While at the house I obtained water samples from the customers kitchen sink and took them to a Professional Biological Lab in North Phoenix immediately after leaving customers house.The results were as I originally stated to customer after doing my own testing at the kitchen sink That the system is performing properly as described in original sales appointment and the testing results and on all advertizing brochures The customer stated that the water was clear entering the refridge and some slight substance in the ice after melting These conditions are caused by the ice maker not the water system Usually after use this condition goes away.There is nothing at this time that we can do to the system as it is performing flawlessly and as described The TDS levels are very close from the outside water and the lab results and we have documented these results and have them on file.We are always as with every customer available for warranty service should the need arrise Our system has nothing inside to cause higher TDS after leaving our system and we do not remove TDS at all with our system The calcium and beneficial minerals stay in the water unlike Reverse Osmosis which removes them
