We will contact customer todayI have been hospitiaized for weeks

? There was no slamming cases as I was chatting with the dog upon entering? When there is stress from the beginning as in this situation most of the time nothing positive happens? ? Our test results at the home and in the independent lab we hired show the system working as describedin our original sales presentation, and all advertizing materials supplied to customer.? ? Does customer recognize the fact he has no problems for years with old refrigerator ice maker and problems came when he bought new oneMy experience with this problem is it will subside with use? The plumber he describes has no water treatment knowledge of the technology in our system to make any statements about its function, use or water quality supplied by our system? Plumbers have no water treatment knowledge other than the generic salt based systems they try to sell? All this plumber did was contaminate the customer with information? We deal with this on a daily basis? They simply do not understand or have knowledge on new and changing water technologies available in the water treatment industry? I am sorry this situation has escalated to this point? But the substance in the glass of melted ice is not the fault of the water system? This will go away the more the ice maker is used? In closing our water system has nothing inside that will cause the water source TDS to be lower than the water through the system? There is nothing inside that will raise water TDS? We have spec sheets and certifications sheets to prove this? We did not test the outside water while we were there but have results of inside water analysis? Might I suggest the customer and company make more try to work on the customer concerns to resolve the problem, and assure the customer the water us safe and can be used for household water needs .? ?

? This is an oversight on our part? A check will be issued immediately and mailed? I am terribly sorry for any problems this has caused?

1.  There was no slamming cases as I was chatting with the dog upon entering.   When there is stress from the beginning as in this situation most of the time nothing positive happens.  2.   Our test results at the home and in the independent lab we hired show the system working as described. in our original sales presentation, and all advertizing materials supplied to customer. 3.  Does customer recognize the fact he has no problems for 2 years with old refrigerator ice maker and problems came when he bought new one. My experience with this problem is it will subside with use.   The plumber he describes has no water treatment knowledge of the technology in our system to make any statements about its function, use or water quality supplied by our system.  Plumbers have no water treatment knowledge other than the generic salt based systems they try to sell.  All this plumber did was contaminate the customer with false information.  We deal with this on a daily basis.  They simply do not understand or have knowledge on new and changing water technologies available in the water treatment industry.4.  I am sorry this situation has escalated to this point.  But the substance in the glass of melted ice is not the fault of the water system.  This will go away the more the ice maker is used.  5. In closing our water system has nothing inside that will cause the water source TDS to be lower than the water through the system.  There is nothing inside that will raise water TDS.  We have spec sheets and certifications sheets to prove this.  We did not test the outside water while we were there but have results of inside water analysis.  Might I suggest the customer and company make 1 more try to work on the customer concerns to resolve the problem, and assure the customer the water us safe and can be used for household water needs .

1.   The cost of Installation is not considered in my offer.... That plumbing will remain in your home and save you the cost of it again when installing any system moving forward.....   2.  Any brochure I gave you had the pricing on the back.... That pricing has been there on all our brochures for 5 years.....     3.  The damage is already done with you filing a Revdex.com complaint for something that could have been avoided....4.  And no judge in this world is going to award the price of replacing the system at $4200....when you paid $2800 and we are     offering a full 100% refund.5.  I will accept your offer of my credit card getting jacked for $500 when I owe $400.....  This nightmare needs to go away6.  The Revdex.com has already closed this as I sent a check and I proved my account was debited $500 (when I owed $400)      and I sent a copy of the check..... Just tear it up and lets move on.... Call the Revdex.com and close your end of this...... I have 30,000 customers and this has never happened in 35 years.... Never

This is an oversight on our part.   A check will be issued immediately and mailed....  I am terribly sorry for any problems this has caused....

We will contact customer today. I have been hospitiaized for 5 weeks.

Please confirm that the refund is for the full $500 difference in promotional prices, between these models.  We still have not received acknowledgement or confirmation of this amount.  Thanks.

My college student daughter was visiting us for the weekend and her front wheel bearing was bad. Due to the fact she had to be back at school on Tuesday I didn't have time to replace it myself. I brought it to Van Zeeland's on Oneida so she could leave that night. They replaced the front bearing ($408.00) and after I picked it up the problem was still there. Brought it back and they said it was the two rear tires, gave me a quote but I had them replaced at Wal Mart. PROBLEM STILL HAPPENING. Brought it back, was told it was rear bearing but for sure front was bad too. They did the rear for cost of bearing ($150.00) and the problem was fixed. The mechanic himself was competent but the manager was not. Total for fix was $792.00 and three days. If I wanted a back yard mechanic who guesses and replaces until fixed I could have found one a lot cheaper. I understand a mistake but owe up to it. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS VAN ZEELAND'S

Review: This company charged me for an auto part (tire pressure sensor) that was not broken until I had it serviced there. They told me when they reinstalled this part that it broke. Two things. I should not be held responsible for them “breaking” something. Second, I took the “broken” part to another auto shop and was told that these sensors are “bulletproof” and showed them the old part. They said that part was physically pried open to break it. It screws in and out and it was capable of still doing this easily...so it was physical damage caused by this shop to allow them to charge me for the part!

I was also charged for the removal of this sensor from the other 3 tires which I was never told about. I was made aware of the other fees.

The sensor was $89.58 and the removal charge was $30, plus tax.

Of the $204.31 I should only owe $78.43. I only agree to pay that amount. I require a refund of $125.88

I am also filing complaints with the FTC, Wisconsin Consumer Protection, and DATCP.Desired Settlement: The sensor was $89.58 and the removal charge was $30, plus tax.

Of the $204.31 I should only owe $78.43. I only agree to pay that amount. I require a refund of $125.88.

Stop cramming parts and services to your customers...start being a responsible, ethical business.

Response:

Consumer requested to have us install tires on his vehicle using wheel and tires he supplied. To be in compliance with Tire Pressure Monitor regulations we needed to transfer old sensor from existing wheels to his new wheels. Prior to service we discussed options and potential hazards of transferring old sensors included breakage and replacement cost. He requested to try to transfer old sensors with the understanding they could break. The sensors are attach to wheels with an aluminum stem which is exposed to road salt and had corroded. One sensor broke during removal( Barrel of sensor spun with retaining nut which resulted in the base of the barrel splitting the plastic case when turned. After removal from the old wheel with the tension off the nut turns normally.) At that point a replacement sensor was needed. We were able to save the other 3 sensors and only needed to replace the seal kits which are needed to install them in his new wheels. The sensor needed replacement because we are required to have the vehicle leave with the tire pressure system working. (See Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards;Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems;Controls and Displays). We also elected at the time of service not to charge for the removal of the broken sensor and we did not charge for reprogramming of the new sensor to the vehicle. We also returned all of the customers parts as requested. The customer was informed it would be $15.00 per wheel to transfer ($10.00) and install new seal kits($5.00) on each sensor plus mounting and balancing fees of $15.00 per tire. Again this was covered before we service the wheels and before the sensor was broken. We have determined no refund is required because the repair cost were covered prior to service and the consumer elected to proceed with us servicing his vehicle knowing the cost that could be involved.
