her service here, thoughshe apparently talked to my employees which I was not made aware of.I tried to call Ms*** on 7-26-but got her voice mail.I left a message on her voice mail acknowledging her expresseddissatisfaction and asking her to call and make an appointment with me to try to resolve her complaints.It has been nine days since I left that message but she still has not contacted me.I have been practicing optometry in Loveland at the same location for the past years.You can be certain that I could only have stayed in business that long by treatingour patients fairly and with respect and courtesy.I look forward to trying to resolve the issue but can only do so if Ms*** makes the effort to do so.Respectfully,DrKenneth Van A***Optometrist and owner, Van's Eyecare***
