We were referred to Hogan's for our Fand they were very persistant to find the problem and even though it took a long time and several visits, they were able to fix it and were very fair about the chargesBobby at the front counter is very friendly and personable and I would highly recommend them Ron & Cindy C***

In late November I was referred from another car repair to Hogan's because they felt I had a problem with the cars computer I was told only Hogan could work on computers in older cars After two weeks I called to check the progress and was told they hadn't started on it yet Trying to find out information was near impossible because I was told that Hogan was "out to lunch" at an appointment, etcetc he never seemed to be there to talk to I was told that parts were on order and back ordered or delayed by storms back East or the "wrong" computer came we are waiting for another one This went on for two months Some days I would call and no one would even answer the phone Finally in January I was able to talk to a person & told them I absolutely had to have my car back They said they had fixed some wiring & just had a couple things left to do On January 20th I picked up the car the bill says repair wiring and exhaust leak I asked what parts were replaced th

had our transmission done and now our flexplate is cracked because they forgot to put all the bolts back in the transmissionthis after the worst customer experience of my life

On July 25th, I dropped my vehicle off at Hogans Automotive for repairThe issues were a check engine light and a loss of powerI was told the vehicle would be looked at and that someone would call me back that same day later in the afternoonAround 4pm I had not gotten a call so I called Hogans and was told they would call be backNobody called backThe vehicle was at the shop for the first week and nobody called to let me know what the issue was that needed repairFinally on Friday someone called and mentioned something about a possible transmission issueThat was week oneOn Monday 8/1/I again called in the afternoon asking for informationI was told they would call back and nobody called backOn Tuesday I went to the shop and noticed my vehicle was still outside not being looked at or worked onThis same scenario went on for the entire second week until finally I went to the shop on Thursday fairly begging for information seeing as I had been without my vehicl

On January 5th, my vehicle was taken to Hogan's Automotive and Electrical Repair because my check engine light was on and needed the replacement of the EGR valveWhere they kept my vehicle for an excessive amount of days leaving me with no transportation at my expenseHogan’s never contacted me during the duration of the time they had my vehicleThey didn’t inform me of costs and repairs estimate, they didn’t disclose labor rates, nor did they ask for my authorization and approval for any parts or laborInstead I had to all them on 1/12/where they said my car was ready for returnI was then required to pay $to receive my vehicleAt this time I still didn’t sign or authorize any of the work they said to have been done to my vehicleOn 1/11/23/my check engine light turned on again and was tested at 1600, code Pwas active indicating the replacement of my vehicles EGR valveI got an estimate from a trusted mechanic stating my vehicle needed “New EGR Valve $
