Upon our daughter's engagement we took the ring to be sized and found out that the ring was fake and made of silver with crystalsThe ring was purchased in a store that had the appropriate signage we were to look for as instructed by the shopping seminar that took place on the cruiseWhich is handled by Royal Media Partner, LLCAs of today, they have denied my claim and will not refund the $1,dollarsI was given an appraisal upon purchase of the ring and I have provided that along with a letter from a jeweler that states we were sold silver with crystals and not carat Rose Gold with a diamond
