Church Mutual fails continually when it comes to taking care of medical expenses (even when court ordered) in a timely fashion On multiple occasions they have delayed filling costly prescriptions causing severe withdrawal symptomsThese particular prescriptions are ones that I have been on for almost a year, but they cause problems every month with the refill

Our church switched insurance carriers at the beginning of away from Church MutualTheir rates had continuously increased over the past years and we found a cheaper provider with better coverageChurch Mutual continued to bill usWhen informed by phone call that we had switched carriers they were not willing to drop the matterThey turned us in to the State for failure to pay for workmen's compensation (which we were actually paying with our new provider)When given written statement that we had changed providers they still were not satisfied and continued to harass usThis time they couldn't process the cancellation until they had proof of our workman's compensation being paid from the beginning of to the presentThis was none of their concern as we had already in verbal and written form requested that they not be our carrier beginning on Jan 1, Nevertheless, they contacted our present carrier, without our permission requesting this proofThankfully, our presen
