Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I do believe that MrR*** has known all along as to what is going on with thisI have tried on several occasions to contact anybody at the business in regards to the vehicleand I have also spoke with the lady at the front desk at the vancouver location in regards to this, and was treated extremely rudeand with no concern from herif his employees are not communicating with him in regards to problems that the customers are trying to contact them about, then he needs to talk to them and find out what they have done and said that made this get to this point.Sincerely,*** ***

The customer came in yesterday on 3/31/16, she apologized multiple times for her reaction and over reacting to a misunderstanding. I am sure if contacted and possible, this complaint would be retracted.
