Excellent and efficient service providered by their employees during all interactions

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey in May 2019. During the third week of January 2020 a beeping sound would come on every time I started the vehicle. I brought the vehicle to a dodge on February 11th and was told after a $157.13 diagnostic fee that it was a GPS tracking system. Dodge said it was done with after market wiring and spiced into the harness of my car. They have never seen anything like it before it.

I was never told that a GPS tracking system would be on my car, I never signed a specific document agreeing to it either. Dodge now needs the okay to have it removed and it’s going to cost hundreds to do that plus my diagnostic fee.

Aside from not being installed properly, the GPS battery is now dying and is relying on my car battery.

Hello. We spoke with the client last week and she agreed to close this complaint as successfully resolved. We reimbursed her (or are going to once invoice received) the costs to have the GPS removed that was installed in the car from the previous owner. Thank you.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely

Super happy with how everything went, it was crazy fast and easy to get approved, super helpful and polite, thanx guys

I thought I had a good experience with them, got a new jeep. And the representative chris was good. We discussed in length about making sure I had good tires on my new jeep. He assured me that I would have good tires. Only for me to find out two months after getting my vehicle that my back tires need to be replaced immediately before I end up in a ditch this winter. Every single one of my tires have different tread depth. This is not ok!!!!!
I have contacted Chris and was told there is nothing they can do now even though we discussed in length about this!! I have kids!! This endangers them. I wouldn't recommend them due to this. Everyone needs to be aware to bring your own mechanic with you before walking away with a vehicle, especially one that can endanger your family only two months after purchasing!!!!!

Vancouver Auto Credit Response • Dec 16, 2019

This was resolved a couple weeks ago. We got the client winter tires and she is happy again.

Thank you.

They would not honor the amount my traded car was appraised. They are keeping the car and reselling it and im paying for the whole car still including my new car.

Vancouver Auto Credit Response • Jun 27, 2019

Hello *** When you state that they would not honor your traded car appraisal what did you mean by that?

As for the trade-in the lien payout was paid out in full and the payment taken in error was refunded to you already. We also reimbursed you $125 to cover the NSF charges you had occur.

We also fixed your rear bumper and paint issues as well as had the condensation from the headlight fixed. I believe it was replaced at our cost.

Im assuming this Revdex.com case was opened prior to all these issues being fixed by us at our expense and that this matter is now closed. Thank you.

Hello Lily. As per our conversation here is my business response:As shown on the legally binding agreement that *** signed after his review it shows that *** was given a $7242.00 trade allowance for his trade in against the cost of his loan. We also paid out his lien on the trade-in for the same amount near or around May 10th 2019. This is why the balance on the pruchase agreement went down and then back up. If he is cross referencing the $2500 warranty cost that was for a warranty and not the trade in. I have as well as other staff to explain this signed legally binding agreement to *** with no resolve. This will be our final response in aims to close this file. *** purchased the car for $23,952.80added a warranty for $2500totaling $26,452.90then the trade allowance of $7242 was deducted from this total as shown on the purchase agreement (this is where *** is confused)Bringing the subtotal to $19,210.90Then GST and PST addedthen the lien amount he owed on his trade has to be added in that we paid on his behalf of $7242 (this was what he owed on the trade and is mandatory to be paid out before doing the new deal)getting added back into the loan basically washing out the trade allowance of the dealthis brings the total to $28,666.98 then dealer and bank fees disclosed and charged brought his total to $30,389.98. This is all documented legally and signed by the client acknowledging he understood and agrees to the purchase. Its pretty black and white from our perspective. Hope this helps clear things up.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. That’s not what the bill of sale says. I have sent that same bill of sale to Revdex.com. To review.

Sincerely

Car was dirty on delivery tires were not proper they were SUV tires on a 2015 *** but that's the only way they could get it to pass inspection for cheap.they also offer to get lower payments for me all they did was kill my credit rating.

Hello ***. My name is Brandon and I will be working on this file with you. I need some info to proceed.

1) What brand and exact tire size was on the vehicle when it was delivered to you pls?

2) Do you have any pictures of the condition of the vehicle detail wise showing its dirty state?

3) I see you bought this in May 2018. DO you have time stamped texts or emails to Ken your sales rep stating that you were unhappy that I could use as leverage to try to get you some form of compensation? Tougher when its a year after the purchase. Would appreciate some help here.

4) Where do you reside? We get complete details done for significantly less than $500 so if I am able to get some form of compensation I want to find a shop as close to you as possible with dealer pricing. We have shops in Edmonton and Calgary.

Thank you and I look forward to your reply.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /(3000, 7, 2019/04/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The tires that came on the car or ***+ mud and snow 275 40 20s and as far as my sales rep goes I tried to get ahold of him many times but was unable to because they vanished so that's why I've been trying to get ahold of somebody at Vancouver Auto Credit over the last year but no one has been able to return my phone calls the lowest price I got for a detail was 375 which is very reasonable so if I could get 375 for the detailing of the car and $1,200 for the tires I would be more than satisfied

I have made two attempts now to get a hold of Brandon B at Vancouver Auto Credit we have a resolution that they would pay me $500 by Monday which is already passed therefore they've already broke their resolution this business seems to be just wasting my time yours truly

Final Business Response /(4000, 27, 2019/07/03) */
Spoke to *** yesterday on the phone and just obtained his email address in able to send the resolution letter / release. This was needed prior to sending the money. Sent the letter via email within an hour as promised and the money within 2 hours after it was signed as discussed verbally and he accepted the transfer. This matter is now closed and the client happy with the resolution. Thank you.

When purchasing my car online, this company agreed to a verbal contract. But did not abide by anything. Sales man Ryan told me I would get 700. For my trade in, and that my payments would not exceed 220.per month.this all took place on april 1 2018. I received the car at my home on April 6 2018.
I got to see a pic of the car and told they don't allow customers to see or test drive a car when dealing with their company. Ryan also stated the car passed, with flying colors a 24 point inspection in the conversation on April 1st. The inspection was done on april 5 2018.
I was never informed this car was a lease/taxi from alberta. I was never informed this was going to an off site financing company. I sighed the document with Ryan online to quote Ryan $10535.97 was the ALL IN TOTAL. No one from this company allowed me to see all documents, while signing with a delivery driver Betty told me I signed all these before on the computer with Ryan. I had no idea I was paying 23.9% interest. The car was damaged upon delivery. Rest, many, many scratches on the body. And the rear bumper was broken and hanging down.from April 10th till now I've been lied to accused of damaging the bumper myself. They swore the bumper was brand new when delivered.ive negociated with the company I signed a final agreement with the principale dealer they picked up my car they had it for 5 days and returned it with nothing done. I have so much more to say like they entered all false amounts on the carfinco application for my disability. Spousal support and even my rent amount

Unfortunately I think Mrs *** is dealing with this with emotion alone vs reason. We made a written and signed agreement and a couple items were missed by human error (one being forgetting to fill her car with gas) after offering to hand deliver her car for her convenience to airport valet for her after coming back from her vacation which we did do) and offered several times in writing to correct these missed items and she either doesn't respond or says see you in court. We still hold the position that we will fill her tank with gas and replace the bumper (we replaced the damaged portion of it already) as we have always stated (I have multiple emails confirming this sent to her as well as have spoken to the VSA about Mrs *** showing our efforts to work with her without reply).

If she decides to be reasonable again we are happy to finish off the agreement and put this to rest. There will be no refunds. That isnt how purchasing a vehicle works unfortunately. Ownership has been transferred, taxes remitted, etc.

As for contract issues there were none and as I explained to Mrs *** she has to take some responsibility for signing legal documents. She cant state things afterwards like I didnt know or the price was different when she signed them both digitally and then with pen to ink.

She also took a $700 e-transfer payment from us so to say we have done nothing isnt fair. We picked up her car, repaired the valance on the bumper for $550 gave her $700 and she is still not being reasonable because we forgot to fill her car with gas and repair the whole bumper vs the part that was damaged.

AGAIN, willing to repair full bumper and offered to pay her $100 for missed gas but she has to come back to being reasonable.

This complaint is not about gas, this is about laws! This entire transaction was done with 100% false information. From representing your sales persons as finance directors to Mr ***'s last statement of not knowing if my tank was filled. In order to take an average of rent in my area, one would need to know what I rent, house,3 bdrm 2 bdrm. What's included in the rent etc. There is no where in BC that the average rent is 500. The manager that told me of the rent also told me that they didn't care of the false income amounts cause they have my signiture. That's a quote, great business practice. Your company advertises that you have many cars. But I was told there was only one in my price range. The care was immaculate inside and out that was false info. I signed the purchase agreement knowing I was getting 700. For my trade in, my payments were 220. A month. That the car passed a 24 point inspection and the price I was signing for was "all in". There was no history disclosure on the car. I was told multiple times that the broken bumper was brand new when I received the car, I've been accused of damaging the car myself. I've been called a lier saying there was no conversation with Ryan, the financial director about a payment amount, trade in amount or anything in respect to my bio on what I wanted in order to complete a purchase.
If *** did change my income and rent amounts why was this not discussed with me? Your company would have received a document stating the changes. That is 100% your responsibility to inform the customer.
I was never told of the car history, I was mislead that the car passed a 24 point inspection as the inspection was not even done until 3 days later. I signed the contract as "all in". Never never was financing discused. I was promised 220 or under payments, the total price of 10350. (Ish) was what I was paying back as stated by your finance director. I was never allowed to see or drive the car prior to purchase, this was also confirmed by higher management. I was declined financing after I signed the purchase agreement, then suddenly I was approved? Lindsay was in my account and confirmed my CCP amount my rent and my support amounts. I never had any contact with *** until 4 days after receiving my car. In fact I had no knowledge of this company until they contacted me.
When a person is resigning, the customer should be told what they are signing not sneak the documents in a bunch of papers and being told I already signed all these with Ryan. Totally misleading!
Mr *** himself created 2 different documents, final resolutions that we both signed but never saw the project finished, never was the contracts completed. Mr *** called the first one human error and the second he confirmed the contract was not fufilled. The "fix" was all it needed. If u read back in the documents replaced is the only word used!!
I do not want to deal with a company that deals in illegal practices.
saying my trade in had no Windows or brakes the body and interior was not salvageable so it got crushed immediately, another untrue statement. The insurance girl saw the car your driver drove the car back and u received pictures before Ryan excepted the 700. Trade in agreement.
Everything, every aspect of this transaction was done illegally and I want this transaction. Reversed. Return my car and all money's paid to date. They pickup their car in the same condition that it was delivered in.
I will not except anything less!!
I have a witness (car salesman) that can confirm what is not documented. Josh the manager I was dealing with talked mainly to John in our conversations, I was to mad at the lies I was being told and could only yell!!

Best way to get a car for low credit. Love these guys! Low credit is high interest but after some hard work they get you into an even better car with lower interest.

The first set of paperwork is for a vehicle that we ended up not selling to Mr. as it didnt fit his approval guidelines. We found him a second vehicle that he agreed to, took delivery of, signed a bill of sale, contracts, insured and has been driving for months. He was clearly explained everything and signed on the dotted line. It also clearly states on the legally binding agreement that by Mr. "signing the second set of documents null and voids any previous contracts or vehicles that you may have been looking at purchasing from Vancouver Auto Credit LTD.. The later date shall be the correct document." This is on the comments and or terms section of the bill of sale which Mr. signed. This was also explained verbally to Mr *** by me personally. He was fully aware and its on him to agree and check paperwork and contracts before signing, buying, taking delivery of, insuring etc.. As for the vehicle being dirty I believe he was compensated for this by Lacey one of the sales managers here. He was compensated money to have it cleaned up north as he is located in a different city than us.

I contacted this company about a year ago looking into the possibility of getting a small car loan. I filled in the application and waited. After some time I decided that I was no longer interested and asked them to please ignore my request as I am no longer interested in their services.

To this day, this company has not stopped calling me, emailing me *** even though I have over at least 10 different occasions told them to stop and drop my application.

They continue to contant my partner and me all hours of the day and refuse to take our plead to stop seriously.

I have no idea how to make these people stop*** my partner.

I have no filed a complaint *** as well as written written several letters to the company urging them to stop contacting me to no avail.
