I am writing to you to let you know the clinic called me and gave me the requested credit. Thank you so much for all your help!  You were so fast in contacting the business my complaint was resolved in less than 24 hours! Thank you so very much! [redacted]

Dear [redacted]
I am the supervisor of the billing office here at The Vancouver Clinic.
On the amount of $284.24 that was sent to collections we had sent out 3 statements to [redacted] (2-18-14,3-18-14,and 4-15-14)and also sent out 2 auto calls asking to contact us about his balance that was...

past due.We received no reply of any kind from Kendon prior to sending the account to collections.
The account was assigned to Professional Credit Services on 4-30-2014.
After the collection action [redacted] made the following payments.5-14-14 [redacted]$54.035-23-14 [redacted]$100.006-1-14[redacted] $80.006-5-14 [redacted]$50.21( I have attached a ledger of the payments made.)
They were all sent over on a nightly report to Professional Credit Services.For some reason the agency did not record the $100 made on 5-23-2014.
[redacted] had paid in full within 36 days of it being turned to collectionsBecause of this, I have called Professional Credit services and told them that this payment was made and to pleasecorrect their amount to sho;w paid in full and to please waive any interest and to remove the reporting against his creditreport. 
This has been corrected as of the 15th of August 2016 but it can take a little longer for it to come off the credit report.PCS will be contacting the Credit Bureau to let them know to remove the reporting.

We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s reply to our letter last week.   Ms. [redacted] can request copies of her ultrasound images from our Medical Records Dept. by calling 360.397.3638.
