We arranged with business to have a family heirloom (***) painted by the company we agreed on a price, arranged to have it picked up and delivered through a moving company they work closely with, and decided on a colour A month later, the credenza was returned, and we immediately noticed that it was no longer functional It was returned in a state where the doors and drawers did not open (almost glued) shut you could only open with extreme force, making it in-useable, damaged, and no longer functional
We had used the credenza for years as one of the main pieces of storage furniture in our home (storing daily used essentials) for years It is a very important piece of furniture to us
We followed up with the company to let them know about our concerns, and see how we could come to an agreement
