Business said he contacted the customer and explained the leak is from the part of the old build and not part of the new buildBusiness changed the flashing and did some extras at no chargeHe hopes the customer is happy
MrVerveris stated he returned last week to finish the ceiling work using the same materials as previouslyIt had not come up during a walk thru so he was not aware of it until contacted by Revdex.comCustomer did not request warranty coverage until project was started and half-way into workHe stated if a warranty was requested at beginning of project during the bid phase, it would have changed the price and increased the cost of the jobCustomer does not need a written warranty because they only have to call or text him with any issue or concernBusiness considers this project completed

*** *** Revdex.com, The ceiling issue came about after several attempts to find the source of the leakIt was found in the new roofAfter the repair the ceiling it was repaired and paintedThe ceiling was not flush and looked badWe did contact contractorI feel he again is not being honest in his responsesHis company has caused damage to the inside of our home, which they did make rightStress beyond beliefA warranty should not cost extraWe contracted the Revdex.com because he was not responding or showing up when he said he wouldWe have no recourse without a warrantyThis was a week job that started in May of 2016!!

part of the roof. This is NOT true. We did not have trouble with leakage until work began. We had leaks in our bedroom 3 different times. We had leaks in the living room and kitchen as well. They were only working on the outside. It appears the leak is fixed(again), the wall repair is still the wrong color.

Business said he went to customer's home about 2 weeks ago and repainted. Customer has since sent a text of pictures, and business will be returning to do touch ups in another week or two. He is getting caught up on jobs.
Mr. Ververis indicated he will return to touch up the wall color in the next few days. The paint color was a bit off, possibly due to time lapse between painting the sections.
