Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: you do not address the fact that you sold a tire that is more than twenty years oldA DECENT man would stand behind that much - I HAVE the rotted tire in my possession and documentation on professional installation of the tire onto the truck as well as a REAL professional shop that reviewed the rotted tire you sold
You made up a story about many complaintsYou had a bunch of men standing around your shop including some guy rolling up with a pile of old tires in his truckYou did not suffer any harm as all of your friends there simply averted their eyes, all of them hanging around. You lost nothingMy truck is damaged and cannot be soldYou know that you are not charging taxes for your sales and are not on the books with the IRS as paying your taxesThere is more to this picture than meets the eye.Sincerely,*** ***

The representative at Vancouver Tires and Wheel Shop have reviewed your formal complaint and regret to inform you we do not accept responsibility for the actions and/ or damages done to you and/or your vehicle. We accept we sold you a used tire that has no...

warranty and was bought at customer's risk. The members at Vancouver Tires and Wheel Shop trust if you had purchased a new tire at the time ofyou visit, the unfortunate events taken place days after would have not happened. Because this was not the case, and you decided to move
forward and buy a used product and have it installed at a gas station nearby, we are therefore not liable for the damages. At this time we apologize for the service during your visit, as it was not acceptable. This company strives to provide satisfactory customer service to all of our clients. You can trust in Vancouver Tires and Wheel Shop that anytime we have a comment or concern we take action to insure it won't happen to another valued client.
It is a shame we were unable to communicate with you in time, and kindly ask if you should ever return to this establishment, you do it in a peaceful manner. We would appreciate if you steered from harassment and inappropriate comments. This is being made clear as we received many concerns during your second visit on October 3rd, 2015. We understand if you are unsatisfied with our service and will take this as a learning experience. We thank you for your time and feedback. At this time we apologize for any inconvenience this may caused.
