Hi there, I bought a used car from Velocity dealership in the Vancouver area (Burnaby) and got it inspected by a mobile mechanic that told me the battery needed to be changed as it would be too weak to drive up north to the Yukon (I told the dealership I was buying the car and returning with it right away to the Yukon, driving, so it had to be mechanically good)In dealing the car, the dealership said they would fix a few issues with the car, one of them was the battery, they wrote "will fix the battery" on the bill of saleHowever, on my way driving up north, the battery was losing power, and completely died in Prince GeorgeNeeded to get it boosted The warranty company (bought a extended warranty with [redacted] , which the dealership sold me) referred me to a specific mechanic in Prince George, which told me that the problem was that the battery was too oldI had told velocity that I was driving up north and needed a good battery, they had received the inspection from the mob

Hi, I have purchased a vehicle from Velocity cars at the end of Aug Purchase contract had a hard condition for the car dealer to provide 2nd key to the car The car uses advanced security system and without properly programmed keyless fob+key the vehicle can't be used They haven't fulfilled that obligation and stopped calling me on progress Present condition has a risk that if the only key is lost/stops working the car becomes uselessIt has been weeks At the office during the sale they promised to resolve it within days of the purchase date Need this resolved ASAP as it is a risk + inconvenience: me and my husband have to constantly pass the the only key to each otherWe both drive the vehicle

Very bad experienceBought a year Audi TT from them in March and clutch broken "within a week" with less than 100Km driveContacted them and they just came back to blame my drive skill is bad to damage the clutch, which is not true(I changed the clutch then and drive over half year till now and has no problem.) And when the clutch was broken, I was driving on a uphill, very dangerous Will never recommend my friends to buy cars from them

I have shared my experience in Google reviews already and would like to post a review in Revdex.comMy name is PhilippI came from Alberta to buy a carChecked my desired Mitsubishi Evolution on website site first, then had a conversation with salespersonAt first, I wasn't sure about having a day-long trip from Alberta all the way to Vancouver, but salesperson provided me with a video review, and I liked the carCame to Velocity Cars on a weekend, had a test drive and decided to buy the car! So far so good =)Pleasant experience, great prices and car conditionI would recommend this dealership, especially if you are looking for JDM cars

I looked at a few cars at Vancouver Velocity Cars
I returned to test drive a car, but the company did not permit a test drive, as I did not have my Drivers liscence on me I really liked the car and wanted to buy it, but wanted to test drive it and inspect it Since the steering wheel was on the wrong side of the car it was very important to be able to take this car out on the road and see if I was able to operate it ok, and get an inspection by *** If I was not satisfied with the test drive and inspection then I would have to bring the vehicle back within days for a full refundWhen I test drove the car away from the lot that night it immediately started to back fire and have some sort of engine failure, where the engine would either cut out and just stop ( like someone had just turned the key to the off position) or the car would start to lunge and lurch ahead very rapidly, for no reason It was very scaryPart of me thought maybe it had just been sitting for a long tim

I bought a *** from velocity cars and on the 16th day I am already running into transmission problemsI contacted the buisness and they said word for word "you were here, you picked the vehicle, you test drove the vehicle, you checked the vehicle", I am not a mechanic and everything should have been checked out before handI test drove it and everything did seem fine but how would I know within days that something major is going to be a problem? If their mechanic had looked over it and said "it's good to go" then they are knowingly selling a faulty product

On [redacted] long weekend I went to Velocity Cars.Looked at a [redacted] . I took the auto home three days later! My plan was to buy a Car last month. I went to Velocity Cars and after talking to the sales person for a long time I went home because I needed more time to think about it. I phone the sales person a few times to ask more question and he was always willing to help me. 2 days later a pay my deposit and everything was perfect. After 2 weeks I had a personal problem I was not going to be able to get the car and needed the money that I deposited ASAP. I went to see them and I was really worried about my money, they told me that they were going to deposit in the following week. I was really nervous. After 3 day I was so relief, the money was in my account. I came here to share my experience just because I am really glad that everything went well and that Velocity Cars helped me that much.

Very bad experience. Bought a year 1999 Audi TT from them in March 2016 and clutch broken "within a week" with less than 100Km drive. Contacted them and they just came back to blame my drive skill is bad to damage the clutch, which is not true. (I changed the clutch then and drive over half year till now and has no problem.)
And when the clutch was broken, I was driving on a uphill, very dangerous.
Will never recommend my friends to buy cars from them.
