Very greedyThey only care about money, they don't give a crap about their customers

I and my wife have been using the services of AD on Nellis Blvd (just south of Stewart) for several years, and we have been very satisfied with their skills and service (Of course, now that I open my mouth, I'll have a problem...???) Without insurance and just using one of the dental payment plans, they seem to have made an honest effort to save us a few bucks in the process DrLandron has been very considerate and seems very talented Jackie, the office manager, is a miracle worker I'm retired but If I had a company, I would love to hire her Even while multi-tasking bigtime, she is able to field questions, make copies, and on and on.....a very valuable employee in my old opinion Contrarily, I have been trying to reach Jessie in their corporate office for several weeks to make both this positive comment and a more critical comment about another employee who is not a great asset, again in my opinion, but I can't seem to get any response from him........sooo???

I wanted to write my experience with Absolute dental on Lake Mead to share with the publicI'm very disappointed with their service and attitudeI was invited during their grand opening to come and look at the premises and meet the doctorsEverything sounded good until I decided to visit them for a cleaningAt first they were really nice and bragged about their state of the art facility, but once they got to know me they would try to sell me everything out of their officeConstant add-ons and even electric tooth brushes are being pushed constantlyWhen I ask questions about something I don't understand the lady cleaning my teeth gets defensive and made me feel like walking outI asked the receptionist to check my insurance for some work I needed done and kept giving me the wrong informationI eventually had to call and talk to my insurance to get the right information on coverageDays later I received a call from *** telling me that my insurance was covering my whole procedureShe called again later that day and left a voice mail telling me the same thingI went in to make an appointment for the procedure and now she said that the procedure wasn't fully coveredI explained that I received calls from her stating that it would be fully coveredShe denied ever saying that to me even though I told her that I had her voice mail recorded on my phoneShe denied that too and began a sales pitchI have never in my life been offered so many sale pitches in one place and the fact that she lied to me even though I had her recorded on my voice mail made me want to walk outI felt lied to and disrespectedI wanted to make an appointment for my cleaning but she was on the phoneShe said she would call me with an appointment, but that never happenedThey just forgot about me even after I switched from my dentist to Absolute dentalThe beginning was great , but it went down hill after a few months They have great equipment, but I didn't care for their treatment and over selling of productsWouldn't recommend them to anyoneLooking for new dentist

This review is based solely on the location in Reno Nevada on 4th and Keystone (XXXXX)

Excellent front office (even the trainees) and even better dentists and assistants!
Not only are the prices reasonable, but the friendliness of the staff makes you feel totally cared for. They don't guilt you if you admit to not flossing every day (lol) they treat you as a person and not some "next..." as other dental offices do.
I will only go to Absolute Dental at this location when the choice is available.
