I asked for a simple estimate for him not to return my callSo when I called him and asked about the estimate he was very ,very rude to me and told me my building was junk! By the way we are in the process of remodeling several buildings at one timeSo since I just fixed the roof I need a quick fixer upper paint job to hold us over until next spring to fix the rest of the outside That being said he told me my build was a wreck/junk and he will not help me outHe hit a big nerve this is a family business I take pride in and just recently lost my fatherBut, you really could of just been nice and called me back instead of not and told me there wasn't to much you could do for me instead of insulting me and what my father worked hard forThank you for informing me of what a great business person you are and not to recommend to anyone I know
We have been in contact with the customer and have come up with a resolution.
She is qualified for the promotion but selected the incorrect device. She is going to come in and we are going to get her put into the correct device.
A new employee educated the customer
