I am rejecting this response because:
The property manager is the person we have been dealing with the entire time, her opinions on our case are biased. I would like another person to look objectively and without bias at the facts and decideThe bed bug addendum Ms*** brings up was only mentioned to is after we had given notice of intent to vacate.also in the bed bug addendum it states the resident “may be required to pay” for those services, I would like an explanation as to what those circumstances areShe is also unable to give us a breakdown of he bed bug service receipt, instead it is stated that it is a standard fee, which I am uncomfortable taking her word on.
Sincerely,
