Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I was directed to schedule this 15-minute session because the receptionist believed it would be sufficient time to do the areas I wanted treatedShe knew that I had not previously had the areas treated but said that the 15-minute session would be the best fitI was not aware that it was considered a "maintenance" package, I thought that it was simply a 15-minute appointmentDuring the treatment I had my chin and bikini area treated (NOT my underarms, as the business said)So it seems that the maintenance package was not "appropriately" scheduled for me-- she knew that I had not had those areas treated before but she signed me up for a maintenance package anyways
I understand that the appointment time would include reasonable time for me to change my clothes, but the provider left the room minutes before the end of the appointmentI didn't need to spend over half of the appointment time just putting my pants back on.
And I did not ask to have my legs treated, I simply inquired about the possibility of there being more timeI was promptly shut down and did not even have the chance to say what I would have done with the timeSo I'm not sure how that detail was invented
Since I was not provided with a copy of the Office Policies document that I signed I did not remember the no refund policy when I made my previous requestIt's not true that I was "not interested" in the 15-minute makeup session, I just would have preferred the refund since I live over a thousand miles away and have no current plans to return to OregonBut as long as the 15-minute masession will be valid for at least a year, to give me a chance to use it, then I will accept that offer

I requested a refund because I live in California and I have no plans to return to Oregon in the foreseeable future. I was in Portland for a wedding but I have no reason to return again.
