I've searched through old emails and cannot locate the order from Amazon. However, I am providing you pictures of the bar stools which shows [redacted] Corporation as the manufacturer and also a photo of the legs where you can see that the legs are defective since the stretchers cannot be attached due to the precut holes not matching up. I also attached a photo of the other stool that has the correct legs and stretchers where they should be. I attempted to correct this issue with the company & they refused to help me after they sold me a defective barstool. It's not fair that they were not willing to help me & advised me to purchase a new stool. Like I mentioned before, I did offer to purchase the parts and I did purchase this stool with a 5 year warranty.

Thank you for your response. The returned item would not be subject to any deductions. The order was shipped on a free shipping promotion and we paid to ship the order to the customer. Because the item is being returned because the customer is unhappy with the quality, she would be responsible for return shipping costs. The white stones are marble stone that is hand carved and then machine sanded to shape. We are more than happy to send up to 8 replacement stones in an effort to come to a resolution to this matter if the buyer does not want to return the item. It appears the customer is not happy with the stone quality though so this may not be a viable option.
Please have the unbroken stones and bamboo box returned within 3 day for a full refund of the purchase price.

Thank you for contacting us. This customer received a box containing 20 massage stones. She claims two of them arrived cracked/broken. We offered to send her 2 replacements as well as a few extra stones for the inconvenience. She is insisting that we pay to pick up the shipment her and return it to...

us at our cost which is not according to our policy. We are more than happy to work with this customer to get her order fixed. We told her that the order can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price and that she could omit the 2 broken stones form the return. She opened a Revdex.com complaint because she does not agree with our policy which is posted on every online channel we sell through.
Please have her return the parcel to us for a refund.

The buyer purchased an item from our company via [redacted].com. The buyer initiated a return request and was provided all necessary information to assist in returning the order including a copy of our return policy. Our return policy is an industry standard policy. Our return policy states: "ALL items...

that are returned for a refund within 30 days because the item is NO LONGER NEEDED OR WANTED will have the original shipping cost to send the item deducted from the refund. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted if items are not returned with original packaging. Buyer will also pay for return shipping if item is no longer needed or wanted." The buyer returned the item in new condition so the restocking fee was not deducted. Original shipping cost were deducted. There were no other issues with this order. Our return policy is in accordance with [redacted] standards and is available on all our selling channels. Thank you!

Review: Less than a year ago, I purchased 3 barstools online Amazon.com through Vandue Corp. When I received the barstools, 2 pieces were missing from the legs (the stretchers going across both legs). I had my friend immediately contact Vandue Corp and they sent me the stretchers. Unfortunately, the stretchers did not properly fit the legs. The legs had cutouts on the legs with were not level with each other. As a result, I was not able to put the stretchers on. Honestly, I figured I didnt want to go through the hassle of contacting the company through my friend so I just left it alone. My daughter in law recently noticed that the stretchers weren't on the barstools and advised me that the barstool seemed a bit wobbly and may be because the stretcher is not there. She contacted the company through email and they are refusing to send my new legs and stretchers for my barstool. They are making me pay for an brand new one that costs more than $70.00. I even offered to pay for the parts but they are refusing. They sold me a defective product and now they don't want to make it right. I can take photos of the barstool showing you that they were defective where it shows that the pre cut holes for the stretchers dont match up.Desired Settlement: I feel that they should send me the legs and stretchers and I shouldn't have to pay for them or purchase a new barstool. The barstools claim to have a 5 year warranty.

Review: I ordered a box of cold stones from Rakuten.com, which is a virtual mall that hosts different sellers. The stones I ordered were under The Vandue Corporation. When I received the stones, Several of them were broken upon arrival. I was extremely disappointed in the qauality since they were supposed to be made of marble and some of them looked like pieces of chalk. I called The Vandue Corporation and told them what happened, and they told me they could only replace the broken stones and if I wanted a refund I would be responsible for shipping them back. Since the stones were cheap and I didn't want a replacement, this policy was not acceptable to me. I would like a full refund of the purchase price plus the cost of shipping, which is TBD.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full price I paid for the stones and reimbursement for shipping.
