Here is a breakdown of how this entire job project was handled from start to finish:I gave the [redacted] an estimate to ground and re-finish their concrete approaches and sidewalk and to apply a concrete two part epoxy for a total cost of $1,in June They agreed to this amount and signed the contract The first product that I had ordered failed after being applied to the [redacted] concrete approach and sidewalks - my distributor sent me the wrong product I returned to the home and ground all the material off the concrete, then re-finished all the concrete with the new product that was correct and to the specifications of what the [redacted] wanted After the job was completed [redacted] then approached me and wanted to have all the "holes" in the existing concrete filled in I gave her an estimate of $additional to do this because this was not included in the original contract, which she then accepted I completed this job in a timely manner and the [redacted] were happy and satisfied with the end result and paid for the project in full.It was not until June that I received a call from Mrs [redacted] in regards to them feeling that the concrete was "too slippery in the winter months" I did try to call her many different times to no avail - I was unable to reach her nor leave a voice message After some time I did speak with her and she told me her concern about the concrete being slippery in the winter I told her I would give her an estimate to apply a more aggressive Sharkstooth product to the concreteUnfortunately by the time I had spoke with her and heard her concern I was already booked with other jobs and fighting with the Northern Wisconsin weather so I could not give her a definite time frame when I could get to her job I have the letter and estimate that I sent to her for your review in this regardI am sorry I did not get back to you sooner as your original letter was sent to a wrong address of US-51, Woodruff, WI My mailing address is [redacted] which I had given to the [redacted] as well I do not feel that this report should be on my business record with the Revdex.com as I did this job to the customer's complete satisfaction After sending out the letter and estimate on September 21, I have not heard from the [redacted] at all in this matter If needed I will produce the signed contract and cancelled checks showing that the [redacted] agreed to the original job proposed and paid for I do feel strongly that they are trying to get more work done and not pay for it.Please email me at [redacted] or call me at 715-892-if you have any further questions or need additional information I stand behind my work and livelihood and would like this matter to be resolved.I am writing to you in regards to the front concrete slab/ sidewalk area that I had resurfaced for you last summer I had completed the job to your satisfaction and full payment was received, thank you very much for that However, after this last winter you had contacted me in regards that you felt the concrete was too slippery with the snow and ice I did try to call you back several times to no avail I was unable to leave a voicemail on your message system I do apologize for this but it has been a very busy summer for me and I have been fighting the rainy, wet weather this entire season I understand that you would like to have the surface re-done – to have the concrete resurfaced with more aggregants sealed into the surface to make it less slippery I have an estimate enclosed with this letter for the cost of this project.Unfortunately with the rainy weather and shorter days I do not think I will be able to get to this project yet this year With the amount of moisture in the air and the fact that your eaves drip directly onto the concrete surface by the time I would be able to start the project within the day it would have no time to cure and dry completely before sunset and the moisture returns If I were to push it and recoat the surface the product would more than likely fail, therefore causing more headaches for both of us and looking terrible in the meantime.I can put you on my schedule for the springtime if you would like for me to do this project I really do apologize for not being able to get a hold of you sooner This Wisconsin weather has not been doing many contractors any favors this year Please let me know if you have any questions Thank you again for your business.Sincerely, [redacted] VanEdge Spray Foam & Protective Coatings715-892-VANedge ESTIMATE protective coatings 715-892-DATE 9/21/ESTIMATE # BILL TO: SHERRY & JOHN FISH COUNTY C RHINELANDER, WI JOB: HOUSE JOB PAYMENT TERMS Due on receipt DESCRIPTION AMOUNT GRIND EXISTING CONCRETE COATINGS $1,APPLY EXTRA SHARKSTOOTH AGGREGANT TO ENTIRE CONCRETE SURFACE COMPLETE COVERAGE OF CONCRETE SLABS & SIDEWALK WITH PART EPOXY PROTECTIVE COATINGS TOTAL $1,Make all checks payable to VanEdge Protective CoatingsThank you for your business! Here is a breakdown of how this entire job project was handled from start to finish:I gave the [redacted] an estimate to ground and re-finish their concrete approaches and sidewalk and to apply a concrete two part epoxy for a total cost of $1,332.50 in June 2015. They agreed to this amount and signed...

the contract.  The first product that I had ordered failed after being applied to the [redacted] concrete approach and sidewalks -  my distributor sent me the wrong product.  I returned to the home and ground all the material off the concrete, then re-finished all the concrete with the new product that was correct and to the specifications of what the [redacted] wanted.  After the job was completed [redacted] then approached me and wanted to have all the "holes" in the existing concrete filled in.  I gave her an estimate of $500 additional to do this because this was not included in the original contract, which she then accepted.   I completed this job in a timely manner and the [redacted] were happy and satisfied with the end result and paid for the project in full.It was not until June 2016 that I received a call from Mrs. [redacted] in regards to them feeling that the concrete was "too slippery in the winter months".  I did try to call her many different times to no avail - I was unable to reach her nor leave a voice message.  After some time I did speak with her and she told me her concern about the concrete being slippery in the winter.  I told her I would give her an estimate to apply a more aggressive Sharkstooth product to the concrete. Unfortunately by the time I had spoke with her and heard her concern I was already booked with other jobs and fighting with the Northern Wisconsin weather so I could not give her a definite time frame when I could get to her job.  I have the letter and estimate that I sent to her for your review in this regard. I am sorry I did not get back to you sooner as your original letter was sent to a wrong address of 1573 US-51, Woodruff, WI 54568.  My mailing address is [redacted] which I had given to the [redacted] as well.  I do not feel that this report should be on my business record with the Revdex.com as I did this job to the customer's complete satisfaction.  After sending out the letter and estimate on September 21, 2016 I have not heard from the [redacted] at all in this matter.  If needed I will produce the signed contract and cancelled checks showing that the [redacted] agreed to the original job proposed and paid for.  I do feel strongly that they are trying to get more work done and not pay for it.Please email me at [redacted] or call me at 715-892-0414 if you have any further questions or need additional information.  I stand behind my work and livelihood and would like this matter to be resolved.I am writing to you in regards to the front concrete slab/ sidewalk area that I had resurfaced for you last summer.  I had completed the job to your satisfaction and full payment was received, thank you very much for that.  However, after this last winter you had contacted me in regards that you felt the concrete was too slippery with the snow and ice.  I did try to call you back several times to no avail . . . I was unable to leave a voicemail on your message system.  I do apologize for this but it has been a very busy summer for me and I have been fighting the rainy, wet weather this entire season.  I understand that you would like to have the surface re-done – to have the concrete resurfaced with more aggregants sealed into the surface to make it less slippery.  I have an estimate enclosed with this letter for the cost of this project.Unfortunately with the rainy weather and shorter days I do not think I will be able to get to this project yet this year.  With the amount of moisture in the air and the fact that your eaves drip directly onto the concrete surface by the time I would be able to start the project within the day it would have no time to cure and dry completely before sunset and the moisture returns.  If I were to push it and recoat the surface the product would more than likely fail, therefore causing more headaches for both of us and looking terrible in the meantime.I can put you on my schedule for the springtime if you would like for me to do this project.  I really do apologize for not being able to get a hold of you sooner.  This Wisconsin weather has not been doing many contractors any favors this year.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you again for your business.Sincerely,[redacted]
