This is a response to the complaint filed by *** ***On *** the customer texted me to schedule an appointment at 7:00pm I informed her that our closing time is at 7:00pm so she asked to come in at 6:She was
scheduled to have the special of the day which included a manicure and pedicure with the option of single color shellac on either/ or (customer wanted both for $more.) When she came in for her appointment she had a full set of nails on and asked for them to be removedThe nail removal alone takes minutes, which was not scheduled on her appointmentThe special of the day was $40.00, the nail removal was $12.00, $for the extra shellac on toes, $for design (a crown) And dollars extra because there was a total of different nail colors, a total of 69$The price was never discussed before customer came in and she never askedCustomer also left tip of $totaling $+ 2% having paid with credit cardThe following day customer called and complained of her nail polish chipping and said she'd come in ***, I agreedThat *** she came in and no one was hereThe only thing I take fault in was having her come in on a *** as we are closed on ***s and I forgotShe made a scene at the neighboring business and went into the closed nail salon to take a picture of the employees cosmetology licenseBecause of her actions it was in the safety of our customers and employees to not allow her back on the premisesShe called and asked to have a full refund of 69$ because the single chipped nail was due to lack of service from the employee (according to her)Her relative (***) is coincidentally a friend of mine outside of workI called her to apologize because I felt bad about how the whole situation occurredShe informed me that her *** (the customer) messed up her nail when she was doing arrangements for her *** birthday party and not because of my employees work as she accused her of not doing a good job on her nails
