I am rejecting this response because: My dog was a healthy dog and was groomed on a regular bases, my dog never had any heart conditions prior to her visit at Vanessa's Per Paradise. She told me my dog was aggressive "when she got to her nails" my dog was never aggressive with anyone. She was a very friendly, loving and well behaved dog. She was trained properly and had all her health maintenance up to date. She has made threats to me over the phone after trying to give me my money back. She stated, "Nina you will regret this watch." I would have complied with meeting her to get my money back but since the threats were made I choose not to see her, I do plan on taking further action with this case, after this complaint is settled. I personally am a business owner and you DO NOT make threats to customers regardless of the situation.
This pet was rushed to the vet. I was told the pet had a cardiac arrest at which there is no cause for, this death was by "natural causes" and dogs this young can suffer from this. gave me the run around and finally decided to goto court on this matter. I am now waiting for the paperwork. Her statements on my business are false. I have not had any other deaths in my care.
