lease renewal offer 3.8.17.  He submitted an email after business hours on 3.8.17 requesting a reduction in rent and free parking.  I received the request when we re-opened on 3.9.17.  All requests of this nature must be filtered through our Regional Manager for approval/denial.  She was traveling and returned to the office on Monday, 3.13.17.  I left Mr. [redacted] a voicemail that day and let him know that we were researching the options for his lease renewal.  He sent another email on 3.14.17 with some additional requests regarding lease term length, more questions about pricing, etc.  I sent a follow up email on 3.15.17 and answered each of his questions.  We reached a mutually agreeable decision regarding his lease renewal on 3.16.17.  He agreed to a 6-month lease renewal, that also included a $150 rent concession in June '17.At no time during the negotiation process were we demanding a final answer or a 30 day notice to vacate.  Mr. [redacted]'s lease agreement requires a full calendar months' notice, so he wasn't required to give us a final decision until Saturday, 4.1.17 and that was communicated to him.  Please let me know if you require any additional information about this complaint.  I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]@vanguardloftsstl.com.Respectfully, [redacted]Property Manager
