The customer had reached out to us stating he received the incorrect itemWhen we reviewed the listing’s title on the Amazon Marketplace due to the customer’s complaint we found that it was structured poorly and could result in an unsatisfactory purchasing experienceWe immediately contacted Seller Support at Amazon to have this changed and restructured; the changes were made within minutesThe reason why this was not brought to our attention sooner was the fact that this listing had Five-Star reviews with a customer satisfaction rating of 100% All product images as well as bullets and descriptions did not indicate that this item was a 2TB Hard DriveRather it was a carrying case suitable for a 2TB Hard Drive; the images did not contain any Hard Drives in themThe product description was also marked with asterisk marks that the Hard Drive is not included as well as indicating that the product was Non-OEM Our goal as a small business is to offer our customers a comfortable and frustration free shopping experience with unsurpassed customer serviceWe can see that there was simply too much confusion associated with this listing as well as the customer’s ability to return the item for a refundWhich is why we have authorized a full refund on the customer’s order total of that has been applied in full today 9/14/We are also not asking the customer to return the item in question and are free to do with it as they see fit The customer should see the funds credited back to their initial payment method in to business days Best Regards, [redacted] Account Manager [redacted] ###-###-#### | Chino, CA | USA

I am rejecting this response because: I already mailed the case The cost for shipping was $ Time lost on registering my complaints was around three and one half hours (RevDex.com, Federal Trade Commission and Amazon.) (One hour travel time to and from the post office not to disregard the cost of paper and ink cartridge supplies.) Eric at Vangoddy seemed sincere in his apology (unlike Vangoddy's first response to my complaint) Does vangoddy care to compensate me for the time spent filing complaints, travel time and printing supplies? (I think not.) (If people are honestly looking for a carrying case for their exterior hard drive - Vangoddy's case is probably capable of withstanding a direct hit from a nuclear weapon.) So? Reimburse me for the $ Don't deceive people in your future advertising and donate $to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital and we'll call it even
