Review: I purchased a bumper guard from this company, the website stated it was a direct fit for my vehicle with no modifications needed. when I went to install the bumper guard the instructions were not complete and not readable, I call the company and spoke with a person named Lin. the first thing he tells me is that I will need to drill holes in the frame on my new vehicle and he would email me pictures of where it needed to be done at to make the bumper guard fit, when I asked why the website stated it was a direct fit and sold as a direct fit with no modifications needed he said to send it back and after the inspect the product for damage they will refund my money.Desired Settlement: I want them to sell the direct fit product they stated on there website not a product I have to drill holes in the frame of a 2 week old vehicle, by drilling the holes in the frame of my new vehicle it will void the warranty on it

Review: I purchased running boards from Auto-Beauty (http[redacted]). I received the box but it is missing all the bolts and nuts and couple of brackets (what is called the installation kit). Even though the box was damaged from outside but the plastic wrapping was still covering the box properly. Right away the vendor tried to blame it on UPS and that they have to file a claim and that they can't do anything until the claim is filled. After many phone calls and emails, we agreed that this is not UPS problem as the box was still wrapped and that they will send me the missing items. We agreed that the items were missing from the box before it was sent to me. It has been more than a month now since I received the running boards and they are sitting in my garage. The installation kit is specific to this product and the car and I can't use any other kind of bolts and nuts. Every time I talk to the vendor on the phone or email he tells me that they are working on it and they will provide me with the shipment tracking number shortly. Last week I called and the person I had been dealing with told me that I have to wait indefinitely until they find the missing items.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the missing items. I can't send the running board back as I will have to travel about 3 hours to the shipping address and then if I can trust that they will send me new ones then I have to travel another 3 hours to pick them up again.

The customer requested us to send a new set of brackets for the running board because the brackets were missing during the delivery. We always ensure the customers receive complete Brand New item that's why we purchased the insurance for all our packages to avoid any damages or missing on the packages. According to our company's return and exchange policy, we have to file we told customer that we will going to send the return label and file claim through the shipping carrier since there is something missing from the package during the delivery. The shipping carrier will pick up the package from the customer and return it back to us then we will send a new set of running board to the customer. However, the customer refused the option because he didn't want to travel as the shipping carrier doesn't pick up from his address. Then we offer another option which is we will try our best to find a set of brackets if there is any d amaged or unsellable running board because each Acura MDX running board only come with one set of unique brackets. The customer knew that there is possibility we may not get the brackets or waited longer time since we don't have any additional brackets so far. The customer satisfaction is always our priority. In order to save time and settle this issue as soon as possible, we have decided to filed claim through our shipping carrier and ship the customer a new set of running board after we receive our return package.
