[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As shown on the attached invoice, I was charged $in cancellation fees, late fee, and full day charges for the days of cancellation when they were no longer employed by meI have paid for all of the services performed and will not pay for days on which I discontinued the service for the lack of servicesI would have gladly paid for the services had they shown up and if I chose to have them work for usThis company continues with one falsehood after the other Regards, [redacted]

This individual filed a complaint with the PA Department of Health who did an on site survey of our company The Department of Health researched every complaint by the consumer and found our company to be in complete compliance and furthermore found that we had done absolutely nothing wrong
This speaks to training, fees, etcthat were outlined in the complaint As far as the mileage and cancellation fees, they are outlined in our rate sheet which is signed and given to the consumer before the start of service.What is conveniently left out of the complaint is that this individual verbally abused a member of our management team during a phone conversation after business hours on our on-call line The consumer yelled and used vile language including the "*" word and other inappropriate language during the conversation which brought our employee to tears The consumer also refused caregivers on several occasions simply because of physical appearance, weight, race, etcand we were always happy to find a replacement if necessary.The bottom line is that the consumer owes the company thousands of dollars and upon receiving a collection letter, rather than pay the bill, they filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and the PA Department of Health Our company has submitted every claim as a courtesy to their insurance company so they would be reimbursed, we are simply asking for the same courtesy. Our company has NEVER had a previous complaint with the Revdex.com and NEVER had a deficiency with the Department of Health.Lastly, the individual filing the complaint is the daughter of the consumer and has never been a client of our company

As I have stated before, the consumer owes our company a total of $3,809.84 and I am willing to waive $120.00 of cancellation fees leaving a balance due of $3689.84 for services rendered.  All the messages sent by this consumer are in reference to cancellation fees as if that is the only open balance on the account.  Due to the way this individual conducted herself with our management team no other fees will be waived, and furthermore this has already been sent for collection.

I am rejecting this response because:
As shown on the attached invoice, I was charged $200 in cancellation fees, late fee, and full day charges for the days of cancellation when they were no longer employed by me. I have paid for all of the services performed and will not pay for days on which I discontinued the service for the lack of services. I would have gladly paid for the services had they shown up and if I chose to have them work for us. This company continues with one falsehood after the other.
