Prior to that, we received no indications of inconsistencies or poor cleaning We understand that tenants may or may not see cleaners in a facilityThey simply may not be there at the times the tenants areIn fact, it is our goal to not disrupt tenants livesThere was also construction work going on in November which we diligently tried to work around but construction dust and dirt can make a facility appear as though it were not cleaned immediately after the cleaning unfortunately, possibly resulting in "dirty hallways." Per the customer's request on 1/13/we were asked to drop off our set of keys earlier because they needed them to make copies of the keysWe complied quickly and returned the keys that day Again, Vanguard was trying to be as accommodating as possible We received written notice of cancellation effective 1/31/We understand that customers need to make other cleaning choices at times and we work to ensure an easy exit to our agreements with a day notice, which is industry standardWe ask that customers respect the agreements they sign We did reach out to the customer on 5/27/asking him to contact us so that we could arrange a fair settlementUnfortunately, we received no response to that request

I'm a building manager of a 30,sqfoffice buildingThree years ago I signed up with Vanguard and I have had an excellent experienceThe cleaners are doing a great jobWhen we do have a problem all I have to do is send an email to my repand the issue is addressedI've worked with several cleaning companies and this is not always the caseThe other positive difference is that the repis out once a month to walk the building and discuss the cleaning and stocking efforts

We have been using Vanguard for the past months at our 52,square foot facility that has both general office as well as medical/laboratory spaceThe two teams that handle those spaces do a very good jobThey are thorough and follow direction very wellOur account representative makes a point to check in often to see if there are any questions or concernsVanguard pricing for their services is definitely within the limits of the industry and are affordableThey are also able to handle additional/specialty jobs as well as an on needed basis

*** *** *** has been a client of Vanguard cleaning services for approximately years Our overall experience with Vanguard has been good Vanguard account manager often checks in to inquire how the team is doing One particular instance that comes to mind, one of their teams assigned to our account was not performing to expectations Vanguard was quick to understand the situation and replaced the team with another crew who took their jobs more seriously Another recent experience was during a heavy rain, our office experienced a small water leak in which a ceiling tile became saturated and fell making a mess on our lobby floor Not a problem for Vanguard, without prompting, the mess was cleaned up prior to the beginning of our business day

I'm a building manager of a 30,000 sqf. office building. Three years ago I signed up with Vanguard and I have had an excellent experience. The cleaners are doing a great job. When we do have a problem all I have to do is send an email to my rep. and the issue is addressed. I've worked with several cleaning companies and this is not always the case. The other positive difference is that the rep. is out once a month to walk the building and discuss the cleaning and stocking efforts.

Vanguard has been our office cleaners for about 2 years now. They have done a great job every time. Anything we have asked them to take special care of has been handled beautifully. I would recommend then to anyone looking for a new cleaning company.

Our company has been with Vanguard for one year. During our first meeting, they asked what problems we had with our previous cleaners and the cleaning crew corrected those problems the first time they came to clean. The communication with the Vanguard account manager, as well as the head of the cleaning crew, has been excellent. They handle our requests quickly and to our utmost satisfaction. You can tell that they really care about giving good service to their customers and do so at a reasonable rate.

We have a relatively small office and had difficulty finding a company that was insured and willing to serve a smaller space. Working with Vanguard to set up the service was easy and they worked with our corporate office (in another city) to establish the payment logistics.
The shining stars of it all are the people who actually do the cleaning of our office. They are thorough, consistent and exceptionally kind. Because of the way our office functions, they clean our space while we're present and everyone in our office smiles when they arrive.
