Review: Way back in 2012 July we were getting a family marble top table shipped from [redacted] to our home in [redacted]. When we went to the [redacted] to collect it, only the base pieces arrived. After several emails and phone calls, they sent our marble top shattered into more than a 100 pieces. I have been following up with them since then and have not gotten any compensation or resolution! I filed a claim in September 2012. The file number is File [redacted] The persons I have been contacting are [redacted] and j[redacted]

I have a brief email from [redacted] on Jan 23, 2014 that this will be settled soon!Desired Settlement: The cost to replace the marble top is 2500$. I would like them to either send me that money or to find me a marble top of similar diameter and thickness.
