savings, satisfaction and safety. We take pride in our work and we aim to do so with patience, courtesy and communication. We recognize that customer service is one of the most important products to our customers. We were surprised by this complaint and disheartened by the things that were stated, as they were unjustified. We know remodeling a home can be very stressful to homeowners and we try our best to resolve any concerns one may have. The customer, Mr***, who wrote this reviewed apologized this morning for filing this complaint as well as defaming our business on another site. Mr*** changed a positive review he had posted on one site to a negative review, which clearly was unjustified, as we as a company can provide the Revdex.com and any consumers with proof of countless emails, texts etcin which Mr*** praises our company Mr*** stated the stress of renovations made him feel like Dr*** and Mr*** and he regretfully lashed out at me (the owner), my staff and the company as a whole Mr***’s wife also sent our Office an email extending an apology and stated that the stress of their renovations just got projected in the wrong wayMr*** has acknowledged that it was completely wrong to file an unjustified, complaint. He also acknowledges that he does owe us payment as well. We truly hope that consumers who read this will not let this complaint, based upon poor judgement by the consumer, deflect them from doing business with us at Christopher ADeao Electrician LLC.
