Vanguard National Trailer Reviews (13)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am rejecting the proposed action for the following reasonsI had to make numerous trips to the repair facility beginning in December for temporary repairs while I was kept waiting for a resolution from the warranty manager During these trips, the repair facility informed me that they were also waiting for a response from the warranty managerOn February 5, I still had not received a response to my problems from the warranty manager, so I then called the owner of the dealership where I purchased the trailer, and his response to the problem I was having was to have the defects temporarily fixed and he was going to have a conference call with the warranty manager on the following day ( Feb 6, 2014)On Feb 7, the warranty manager contacted my brother because he also was in touch with the same repair facility as I was, and was told by the warranty manager to have both trailers inspected to determine the exact extent of the problemsOn Feb 9, I had the repair facility inspect my trailer and it was determined that ALL wiring and lights would need to be replacedOn March 17, I had not heard any response from the warranty manager, so I went to the repair facility to inform them that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, and at that time the owner of the repair facility contacted the warranty manager while I was present and the of us spoke over speaker phone and came to the conclusion that the repair facility could do the replacement of all wires, lights and any other problems they found immediatelyAs of this time, I have been out of work for days, at a loss of approximately $ and that is not including the many trips to the repair facility at miles per trip, while I waited for some action to be takenI can't afford to suffer this large of a loss to my income , while still having to make the payments on this trailerI believe that I should be compensated for my losses because this is my only trailer and no one offered me a replacement trailer , so I could continue to work Regards, Daniel Bryson

The debt collector I spoke with was very threatening I told them I was taking my case to court and he tried several methods to deter me from proceeding He said things like, "I dont understand why you are going to take this to court when you are going to have to pay anyway." When I asked how he knew the outcome of my future court proceedings he didnt answer I asked if he was an attourney or if he was providing me with legal advice? To which he responded no But it sure sounded like he was giving me legal advice Even if I owed them the money they say I owed them, I wouldnt pay striclty because of how I was treated

I have filed for Chapter back in and Hunter Warfield kept on reporting it on the credit bureausI filed for dispute and it was taken cared of for of the agenciesCurrently, I have filed multiple disputes with Equifax and for some reason I felt that it remained stagnant with the same issue so I decided to call Hunter Warfield this morning and spoke with SuzanneShe is very friendly on the phone and explained to me that she has my email/records on file and they received my email on Jan 5th and to wait until Feb 2nd and check the resultsShe is very pleasant to speak with and talking with her gave me peace of mind that this will be taken cared of in timeLooking forward to my next review

An extortion business

We would like to take some time to present some
facts in regards to this complaint as we know themWe were contacted by the customer's brother on 2/7/At that time we were notified of the apparent on-going issues with his lights and that of his brother's as well due to corrosionWe had discussions in regards to taking this trailer to a one of our dealers in *** Ohio for inspectionI do not believe that happenedWe have never received confirmation of any inspection
On 2/I received a call from the owner of a repair facility who is associated with our dealership programHe indicated there had been several light Issues with our customer's trailer and that his shop had performed a number of temporary repairsI explained that I would contact our supplier and see what our plan would be to get these issues resolvedOur corporate staff had discussions with the supplier about what would be the best way to campaign these trailers and any others involved with similar problemsAt this time we are just finalizing those plans
On 3/14/I received another phone call from the repair facility owner and the owner of the trailerWe discussed where we were at with the plan with supplier and the plan to repair the customer's trailerOur customer at this time expressed his disappointment with the slow response and notified me that other parts of the trailer are now affected such as the ABS systemI responded to both parties that the ABS must be repaired immediatelyWe also discussed at that point if replacements parts could be collected and sent for repairsI suggested they let me look at the components needed and see if they would be in stock at OEM facility
On 3/17/all but one of the replacement parts were shipped next day delivery to the repair facility to start the necessary repairsOur management staff and supplier have been in communication in regards to the status of these particular repairsWe are working to deliver the last part this week to the repair facility for completion of the repairs

I've asked several times to stop calling me at work, the calls continue to be made It's to the point of harassmentI have caller ID on my work phone and I take a picture of the number every time I'm called I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as this is not allowed in Texas

After reading all the reviews I was scared and not to sure what kind of person I would be dealing withAfter calling this morning I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Drake *** he was very professional and answered all my questionsI was able to go in and pay off my debt for a mortgageI appreciate that he took the time and listened to what I needed and explained to me everything very patientlyThanks again for the wonderful experience after reading so much negative

This company is a scamContacted me saying I owed money to an apartment complex when no money was owed at allThey said that I must only contact them regarding the matter and process payment through them (which would make sense), until I contacted the apartment complex myself and they had no idea what this was all about

I work at an apartment community. I have an applicant that has some previous rental debt from 5 years ago. Her account is held at Hunter Warfield. The applicant is required to provide a written payment arrangement with whomever it is that holds the debt. The applicant had contacted Hunter Warfield and was directed to Debbie [redacted] When you call the company and asked to be transferred to Debbie [redacted] you are put through to a voicemail that says the # belongs to a J[redacted] which makes a person leary to leave a message. I had left 3 messages in 2 days and the applicant had left more than 1 message in a 3 day period with no return call to either of us. Finally on Wednesday 2-17-2016 I asked to speak to someone else that could possibly help me to obtain this letter. I was told to fax a signed release to Consumer Services at [redacted] before they could discuss the account with me. I faxed the release and the applicant called and gave permission for information to be shared with me. I called back after another 2 hour period. After speaking to 3 people that kept transferring me, Sara [redacted] and Ryan [redacted] were two of the individuals that passed ** along. I was directed to Harold [redacted]. Harold had stated that their company policy was to NOT provide anything in writing about any file in their possession. I informed Harold that I work for a housing community and the applicant had been denied at other properties due to this company not providing information. He was very persistent in saying nothing in writing until balance is paid in full. I then asked if the company would provide a letter stating the refusal to provide information regarding this account. Harold then asked me (being sarcastic) if I had heard him say no they could not provide any information. I then asked if the company would provide a receipt to their client, my applicant. Harold said their policy was to NOT provide ANY written documentation on any account in their possession. At this time I asked to speak to a superior above Harold. I was then directed to Mary ** someone. She said her name so quickly I could not understand. Mary ** said the company is very compliant to the customers and the law. I asked for either of the letters that have been previously mentioned. I am only asking for a letter stating that a payment arrangement has been made or one stating the refusal to provide a letter, not anything that someone is going to loose their job over. after much discussion I asked Mary ** if they could provide a receipt to the client/ applicant. Mary ** asked if I was an attorney. When I said "no" she said there is nothing in the law that requires them to provide a receipt when monies are exchanged, therefore they will not. I was completely fed up at this point and stated I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com because I am pretty sure there is a law requiring companies to provide receipts when requested by the payor of the monies. (yes the client/ applicant had asked multiple times to a number of people to give her a receipt and was told no) To reiterate, this woman is trying to do the right thing for her and her children by attempting to make a written payment agreement. I believe this company policy that was mentioned is unjust and should be against the law to refuse a receipt when money is exchanged. I can be contacted at XXX-XXX-XXXX should any representative of Hunter Warfield care to contact me. If they simply choose to fax a receipt for the payment from the client/ applicant they can send it to [redacted]. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

I have filed for Chapter 13 back in 2014 and Hunter Warfield kept on reporting it on the credit bureaus. I filed for dispute and it was taken cared of for 2 of the agencies. Currently, I have filed multiple disputes with Equifax and for some reason I felt that it remained stagnant with the same issue so I decided to call Hunter Warfield this morning and spoke with Suzanne. She is very friendly on the phone and explained to me that she has my email/records on file and they received my email on Jan 5th and to wait until Feb 2nd and check the results. She is very pleasant to speak with and talking with her gave me peace of mind that this will be taken cared of in time. Looking forward to my next review...

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am rejecting the proposed action for the following reasons. I had to make numerous trips to the repair facility beginning in December 2013 for temporary repairs while I was kept waiting for a resolution from the warranty manager.  During these trips, the repair facility informed me that they were  also waiting for a response from the warranty manager. On February 5, 2014 I still had not received a response to my problems from the warranty manager, so I then called the owner of the dealership where I purchased the trailer, and his response to the problem I was having was to have the defects temporarily fixed and he was going to have a conference call with the warranty manager on the following day ( Feb 6, 2014). On Feb 7, 2014 the warranty manager contacted my brother because he also was in touch with the same repair facility as I was, and was told by the warranty manager to have both trailers inspected to  determine the exact extent of the problems. On Feb 9, 2014 I had the repair facility inspect my trailer and it was determined that ALL wiring and lights would need to be replaced. On March 17, 2014 I had not heard any response from the warranty manager, so I went to the repair facility to inform them that I was filing  a complaint with the Revdex.com, and at that time the owner of the repair facility contacted the warranty manager while I was present and the 3 of us spoke over speaker phone and came to the conclusion that the repair facility could do the replacement of all wires, lights and any other problems they found immediately. As of this time, I have been out of work for 10 days, at a loss of approximately $ 7000.00 and that is not including the many trips to the repair facility at 40 miles per trip, while I waited for some action to be taken. I can't afford to suffer this large of a loss to my income , while still having to make the payments on this trailer. I believe that I should be compensated for my losses because this is my only trailer and no one offered me a  replacement trailer , so I could continue to work.

Daniel Bryson

Rude and unhelpful. Would not get me verification of debt even after multiple requests. Every person I have spoken to at this company is incompetent and incredibly rude, including the "manager".
