My father,*** ***, passed away November 28, He had been living at Stone Ledge Manor in *** at that time and had used Vanguard Advanced Pharmacy Systems for his prescriptions My father has a $credit on his account I have called Vanguard numerous times, never reached a real person and left voicemails with no response Twice I have sent letters with a statement and continue to receive statements with a credit

months we've been trying to get refund due to us Called times Answer: "Corporate has the check, it will be mail in to weeks
This is in regards to my brothers account of which I am the POA and pay his bills Name and customer available number upon request
As of April 1st it will be six months we are due a refund of $ I've called times, being on hold to minutes each time I'm tired of being told the check is at corporate, it will be to weeks, to weeks, etc I believe we have been very patient but our patience's is running thin
October we received a statement showing a credit of $ I let it go thinking that we would receive a check
November and December statements received, again showing a credit Well, obviously they are not going to send a check without us asking for it
January I called, after minutes on hold, I was told "yes you are due a credit and we will get that out to you You can expect it in

refund not paid after many 'phone calls
Problem goes back to July when my husband died He was a patient at Brookdale Countryside in ***,and used meds from Vanguard for mos His customer # was *** For many months after his death, I received invoices stating the balance forward to be - I have called many times to get this refund, the last time being May 2017, and was promised prompt action So far, nothing has been done about it

My father's Account #*** with facility: Brookdale North Naples was transferred or acquired by Omnicare, IncWe made a payment on 8/10/17, check number 206, in the amount of $was mailed directly to Vanguard instead of Omnicare who was now the account holderWe have confirmation that Vanguard deposited the check on 8/15/Batch #***Omnicare has confirmed they NEVER received payment from our check number in the amount of $I have been unsuccessful reaching anyone in their billing departmentI have been placed on hold for minsand then the line disconnects
