Review: After being referred to him by the NWFA's website, I hired [redacted] to conduct an inspection of the hardwood floor on the ground floor of my new construction home. The reason for the inspection was to get a certified inspector's take on the quality of the floor and its installation, as obvious problems had started to become apparent and I wanted a certified professional's testimony to present to my home's builder when requesting corrective measures. I took the day off from work on September [redacted] to escort [redacted] through my home so that he could conduct his inspection. Upon completion, [redacted] informed me that it would take him approximately 2 weeks to compile his findings and generate a report. In the 6 months that have followed, I have sent numerous emails and SMS texts to [redacted] requesting that he present his findings in an organized report - [redacted] has produced absolutely nothing since his September [redacted] visit to my house, other than unfulfilled promises. I have since negotiated with my home builder to take corrective actions on my floors, which are now in progress, and which were achieved through no help of [redacted] or his company.Desired Settlement: [redacted] required a cashier's check for $500 prior to conducting his inspection, which I complied with. I want a full refund of this payment, as his services have yielded absolutely nothing other than my wasted time off from my job.
