I met with Ms [redacted] and her employer We looked at the batteries and tested them We offered to charge the batteries overnight, which we then did and Ms [redacted] picked them up the next day I informed Ms [redacted] that if the batteries still did not work to bring them back and I would exchange them under warranty I have not heard from Ms [redacted] since that day
