The customers parts were not available from the factory any longer. We searched through junk yards for the customer to find a...
used part that would fix his truck. The customer found a used part and had it shipped to our location. We then fixed the truck and got it back to the customer as quickly as possible. Our policy is not to reimburse customers for downtime of their vehicle as much of it is out of our control.
