On Thursday, February 9, 2017, I went in at 3:00P.Mappointment to get my hair colored and cut I walked in wearing an expensive, warm, insulated winter coat, brand name Columbia (content of the coat is 80% down and 20% fowl feather.) I purchased this coat a year and a half ago I was greeted by my stylist in the waiting area and immediately my stylist said "let me have your coat" My coat was then hung in the cloakroom by my stylistIt's customary in this beauty salon that the stylist or a staff member will hang the coat in the cloakroom It should be noted that the cloakroom is just steps away from the main cash register counter and the front entrance door When I was done with my services I walked to the cloakroom to retrieve my coat It's customary after you pay for your services that the customer walks to the cloakroom to get their coat I put on my coat and immediately knew the coat I had just put on was not my coat I could feel the difference in how this coat was thi
