Vanity Beauty Bar

I ordered a dog shark life jacket from this website company on June 8, 2020. They took my money for it the same day and sent me a confirmation email but never mailed the product. I have contacted them by email 3 times, online chat at their website and also called their number which states its not in service.They have not responded to any of my methods of contact. I would like my money refunded since this product never was mailed. I know it was never mailed because when I track the shipping it states it has not been mailed yet. The order number is ***.

Hi I had ordered a facial steamer from the site vanity Beauty shop on June 9th. Today while I was trying to see what was taking so long on my order I realized that I did not receive an order number. I tried every which way to get inside the website. I tried creating a new password so that o may see the Oder number and it wouldn’t let me. I tried creating a whole new account and it wouldn’t let me. I’ve tried calling them but the number doesn’t exist. I emailed them and no response. I have proof through my bank account that I indeed purchase a product from them on June9th and The confirmation of the order the day I purchased it. It would really mean much to me if you could somehow get in contact with them and get a refund for me please. Even if they do end up sending me an order number I do not trust that looks like at all. Please contact me if you need further information or proof.

I tried to contact pets infinity but the phone number provided does not exist. *** tried to resolve the issue and the seller gave them a usps tracking number for my item but the tracking number is not even active. Usps has not received the item and they haven’t refunded my money. It’s a scam website. They don’t sell pet items, they just take your money. They have no physical address.

The number provided on their website is not in service. Now I am beginning to this this is not a legit company. They don’t evn have a way of tracking your order. I placed 2 orders on March 29 & April 1 2020. I never received either order. I have tried to email many times with no response, I also attempted to call but the phone number did not work. I'm beginning to think they're a fraudulent company, I can't get any answers, no money back and no products.

I ordered from Vanity Beauty Bar/Shop on 04/27/2020. I ordered some magnetic eyelashes. I had never ordered from them before and *** had suggested them. They "had a sale going on" where they were BOGO 1/2 off, so I bought two pairs. They stated on the order verification email that it would take 4 days to ship and gave me a link to an app called Shop previously called Arrive to track the order. The app never tracked my order and has no verification from the company that it has even been sent still to this day. The only information the app had is that I ordered from Vanity Beauty Bar/Shop. When I realized that there was no shipping information available to me I tried calling the number listed on the website which is "not a working number" so then I tried to email the email listed under "contact us." I emailed the company stating that I would like to get more information on my order that was placed. Such as when it will be shipped and tracking information if it has already been shipped. I still have not received an email back from the company with any information. They have not refunded my money and I still do not have the product or any information on whether I will ever receive the product.
